One of the best problem is just this. You hit the point ...
Most of our PSA's and CSA's are inactive from a long time ago.
Obveausly you can't know if one day this member will come active again.
Most of member, try SFI for a month and than become inactive, because thing that after a motnth he/she didn't earned to much money to continue, and don't want to invest in something that he/she don't believe.
If you want be sure that one of you member will be serious, just try to have a comunication (dialogue) with he/she and try to know if are interested to invest in an personal business, explaining to member that how much will work, us much will earn.

The number one indicator that my PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business is through it's VP Ledger. From his or her VP Ledger you can check what actions he/she had done in order to earn points. Another is he/she is eager to learn and earn points. He/she communicates with you especially if he/she needs some clarifications or assistance on actions that he/she is going to do.

Your movers tab will be the bird's eye view of the people on your team that are actually working the business. The best way to find more workers on your team is to increase the size of your team. The people who are serious will get busy and build. I have found that on my team about 3% of the people are serious. Don't give up on anyone. Sometimes a person will do nothing for a while, then suddenly they come back and get to work again. You are looking for the few who want to succeed. Don't let the others get you down.

If you see on your movers tab that they are on that list , you can see that they are login everyday and continue accumulute the VP. You can also see if they are a fast-track member or not. And in your genealogy group you see that they recruit, duplicate many affiliate and they always active in SFI wether in forum or triplecliks for playing the Eager zebra games or bid the auction. You can see all of that on their badges. By the way it's all about duplicating, your PSAs and CSAs will do as you do. If you see all above that, so you know how serious you are about building a successful SFI business and so about your PSAs and CSAs.

One Should Know the status of activity of PSA and CSA joined under the team are serious about the SFI Business or Not?

1) SFI is a proven and last 16 years leader in the business with having good reputation in every angel.

Just I am asking few question to you. Please stand before a mirror and see the reaction of your face in the mirror than you will know how serious you are and your PSA and CSA.

1) Are you sending all you PSA and CSA e-Card regular interval ?
2) Are you informed about Time Machine Predication Tricks?
3) Are You informed about Fast Track 2.0 ?
4) Are you encouraged while wining DG etc ?
5) Are you informed the Why SO 125 TCREDIT is required and its benefit.
6) Upto how many level the VP and income available.
7) Joining of ECA and itss benefit.
8) Why Gola is important.
9) Joined iin Play Game.
10) Are they aware of Biding process.

Have you monitor in regular interval Genealogy –

a) How many days your PSA and CSA not logged in.
b) Have you send Team mail.
c) Have you recognised his/her work and supported E-CARD.
d) Have you visited Forum and searched you PSA and CSA involved in Forum.
e) Have you informed to put a question under ASK SC and earn VP.
f) Have you visited their VP Ledger and counted badges.

There are so many other areas are available we can know whether PSA and CSA is serious or not in SFI Business.

You can check from the geneology list how much points your PSA and CSA had accumulated for the whole period as well as for the month.

You can also check when was the last time they log in into their homepage. Selectively,you can send individual emails to those PSA and CSA that meet the criteria. If they still respond to you they are still serious about the SFI business.

Actions speaks louder than words. SFI is the best online business. It provides us with the best tools and training.
To see the serious PSAs and CSAs, just check their VP Ledgers, it will tell you the whole story about them. From there you can see if they log in everyday and what they are doing.
You can then contact the ones who are not doing good and hear what is their problem. Then help, advice and/or motivate them if need be.

Most of the time if you look at your genealogy report you can get a vivid snapshot of which affiliates are doing what, and the amount effort each affiliate is putting into the learning processes.
