How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

Very interesting question, and I was also wondering how?
In my opinion, the essence of a good content in any newsletter is originality, what benefits does it bring to your audience,and of course it is of your readers interest. Research is very important. You must make sure that the facts that you present in your articles are correct and accurate. You yourself must be knowledgeable in the topics that you want to write.
If you are going to write the articles yourself, you must have the writing skills so that your articles are interesting to read and make could make the audience want to read more and more.
Another option to come up with a good content for your weekly newsletter is to outsource it from a professional writer. Outsourcing your articles writing will incur some cost but the option is for you to decide.

Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

Although both are equally important in SFI, but still think that at the initial stage of you being an EA sponsoring affiliates is my priority. Sponsoring affiliates is important so that you can start developing your team and thereafter to start duplicating your action on your SFA.
Once you are stable with sufficient PSAs even EAs, referring TripleClicks will come into play. That is how I strategized my SFI business.
How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

Firstly, when you received sign-ups, explain to them that they can be an affiliate for FREE forever. But you have to also explain to them that being a FREE affiliate does not take them to anywhere. Explain to them that in order to achieve something in SFI they need to move to a higher level, which is an Executive.
Make them understand that to be an Executive they need to put in some amount of investment just like any other business. Just like any other business, if you expect higher return, you need to put in larger investment. They have to understand that in business the concept of Time over Money is always there, especially in SFI.
You can achieve your goal faster with some amount of money invested as compared to doing the business for FREE which will take you a much longer time. Talking about motivating your downline about this,is to tell them do like what you do. So, you must show them you what you did and if they do it is not only for your benefit but also theirs.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

The best way to know whether our PSA and CSA are serious about their SFI business is from the movers list. But I also review my geneology list and will filter the list based on various criteria. You can check from the geneology list how much points your PSA and CSA had accumulated for the whole period as well as for the month.
You can also check when was the last time they log in into their homepage. Selectively,you can send individual emails to those PSA and CSA that meet the criteria. If they still respond to you they are still serious about the SFI business.

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

My recommendation is that a get together should be as casual as possible. You may organize some activities that is related to marketing and promoting of SFI. For example, you may call all of your A2A members (or selectively)to give a short presentation on how to recruit people in SFI. This is way to exchange ideas so that it is beneficial to all members.
If you want to make your get together more structured and the activities to be more regular, you may propose to the group that a committee be selected for future activities probably at other locations among your A2A members. Thank you.

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

SFI and TripleClicks are equally important. So, I would allocate the same percentage of my time for both. In SFI, I will make sure that I will collect each and every points available from the Actions tab. While in TripleClicks, I will make sure that I participate in the Auctions, Games and review of products to buy or to sell.
In SFI I will make sure that I get in touch with my PSA & CSA to motivate them to do all actions and to duplicate what I am doing. I make sure that I spent enough and ample time on marketing and promoting the business, and training my affiliates.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

From my experience, PSA that qualified as Team Leaders too quickly faded out very fast once they failed to meet the expectation and requirement of that position. However, I do not encourage nor do I encourage them to be Team Leaders very quickly.
My advise to my PSA upon joining is to get familiarize inside out with the business, then to start recruiting people. You need to be at the right footing before you become a Team Leader. This is important because once you are a Team Leader, you can expect a lot of questions from your downline and you need to be able to answer to those questions quickly and correctly. If you can do that, then only you are able to portray yourself as a leader.
Your advise to your PSA is to get prepared to be a Team Leader and once they are prepared then only encourage them to be a Team Leader.

What are the best products for a 1500 VP Standing Order to maintain EA status that are also useful for your SFI business?

The best product for 1500 VP standing order to maintain EA status is of course the 125 packs Tcredit. But the question is how to ensure that the amount you spent on the 125 packs TCredit could be used to benefit your SFI business.
In my case, I will make use 100 Tcredits to buy 10 PSA Guaranteed + 5 for FREE. This way,I can get at least 15 PSA plus 109 versapoints. The balance of your TCredits may be utilised for other purpose such download and voting music to collect points, or pricebenders auction etc. In my opinion, using TCredits to bid in pricebenders auction in order to get the PSA is not a very good option, because you have to spend 50 TCredits to get one PSA, unless you are well versed with the auction and have the chance to win the auctions.
My objective is always try to expand my SFI business on whatever I have to spend as an investment.
