1. They login regularly (preferably Daily) and do the required actions to earn VPs
2. They participate in the Forum discussions by asking questions or giving answere to others questions
3. They Play the EZ ZEBRA games
4. They strive do generate Sales (either busying or selling Tripleclicks products)
5. They start building their teams once they become EA2

The simple answer is we don't. We do have an indication of when they last logged in to SFI and we also have our movers tab which tells us those that are working and gaining VP.
You will get those that work the first month because getting to EA is easy and cost free, but from month 2 onwards a lot drop out. This can happen with both your CSAs and PSAs.
It is up to you as their sponsor or co-sponsor to encourage them to keep working at their SFI business and to explain the advantages of remaining with SFI.
This is a business and while we would all like to be guaranteed PSAs or CSAs that will want to work at their own successful business this just does not happen in real life.

Thanks for the question. I will also thanks SFI management for setting up a system in place where sponsor can monitor the activities of their PSA and CSA. Each sponsor can monitor their PSA through their Mover tab and by checking their VP ledger to be able to guide them where and when neccessary.
To answer your question, Each sponsor checks the activities of their PSA and CSA through their VP ledger and Mover tab as I have rightly said, they will be able to know the progress of PSA or CSA. Either they are logging in every day and doing their daily tasks or inactive and this will help the sponsor in tailoring their message to the affected PSA or CSA.

This is indeed a very opportune question which needs careful study. I have been in SFI for 4 months and regrettably have one active PSA out of 16 and one active CSA out of 15.Some of them when they register become Fast Tracks in one day and then become inactive. Some question on the 1,500 VPs they need to obtain in the second month and become inactive.
The advertisements inviting them to be investors operating from Home needs more details regarding the operational methods at SFI. Merely saying it is free poses a problem when they join especially to purchase items and have a SO. So SFI should give more details so that those who are really interested in SFI On Line Marketing will join. Most of them do not login at all.
Further the Second Home CSAs assigned are posing problems for their Sponsors and Co sponsors who only waste their time sending welcome and encouraging letters , e cards as they are simply not interested.
So let us provide valid information before they register and then we will be able to reap a rich harvest from PSAs and CSAs who are keen to build a successful SFI business.

We can track the progress of our PSAs and CSAs by viewing their individual affiliate Snapshot account that contain their activities and can view their individual account manager that contains the number of Personal Sponsored affiliates for the last 90 days, total number of affiliates sponsored, Ranks Attained by their PSAs, total number of Versa Points they earned this month and Vps need to advance to the next level; Vps earned last month, total VPs earned to Date, Status of Standing Order if they got one, Overall Power Rank, Country's Power Rank, Class Power Rank and what will they do to attain their goals.
You as their team leader can evaluate the increase and decrease in number that would reflect whether they are seriously about building a successful SFI business.

It's easy. What you need to do is to visit your "Movers" tab daily. If you see any activity, you can be sure that your team is doing something.
If you want to know more about them and want to really know whether they are serious, then check out their badges. If they are really into it, they should be at least an EA2 with a standing order. This helps you understand that he/she is committed to his/her business and serious about it.
I am not saying that he/she should be an EA2 to generate sales. Even as an affiliate, he/she can generate sales. But if he/she generates enough sales, then they can always become an EA2.

1. Checking your Movers. This movers list your recent active PSAs and CASs.
2. Go to you gyneology. This will show you the comprehensive sheet about your downlines.
When you check this two places, any PSAs that has not logged in for more than 10 days is not serious. Also, anyone that does not ask for your support and has registered any sign of growth for more than 1 month on his own is not serious. Again, note that some after sometimes will come back and be active. So don't lose hope.

Actions speak louder than words any day of the week and twice on Sunday! It is a matter of will. Some people are not risk takers and therefore no business will be right for them. Others are distracted. So until they have clarity and focus on the business they will not be of much use. Still others hit the ground running for a while then when they don't see the results they expected they give up.
I've had gold and silver team leaders that returned back to affiliates and I have had affiliates who remain affiliates but continue to plug away at it. So the golden rule is action. Consistent, frequent, and scalable action is the only way you know that anyone is serious. One day at a time is all you can ask.
