Well, firstly, i wish to let you know that this is a weakness that you must try to overcome. work on yourself don't see yourself as not being good to approach people. There are two response you'll get from people. it is either 'yes' or 'no' but often people don't want to hear the word 'no'. That's why many people will prefer lying low. You don't need to fear. It is either the people accept your ideas or reject it.
while working on yourself, these are some of the things you can do. Buy or get X-cards, flyiers or bill about SFI and try to liase with shop owners and Big supermarket in your areas and let them help you distributes this Xcards. you can try to motivate them by offer to give them some money while distributing your Xcards. Depending on the card you are distributing, If the one which has to do with sponsoring, ensure you have a well constructed welcome message which will spur new Affiliate into action.

Well, I wouldn't want to answer your question directly but I would explain my own personal experience with you.
To me, recently, I realized that most PSA My sponsor bought for me and experience of others, don't work. The answer to this is not far-fetched, most of recruiting company recruits this PSA with the mind of enriching their pocket they are eager to deliver your PSA to you by any means. this is the reason why I won't recommend you to buy but we have some sincere recruiting firm that are not like this but most recruiting firm are not user friendly.
I will personally encourage you to do your own promotion and bring people to your team. In this way, you won't have any regret for their performance.

This is a good question! To increase your earning in SFI is simple. what you need to do is to follow SFI rule of Success. SFI has a principle that guides its modus operandus. This principle is a tested and proven way to earn a significant income in this Business. Just follow it and adapting it and in no distance time, you will see its effect.

Thanks for the question. I will also thanks SFI management for setting up a system in place where sponsor can monitor the activities of their PSA and CSA. Each sponsor can monitor their PSA through their Mover tab and by checking their VP ledger to be able to guide them where and when neccessary.

To answer your question, Each sponsor checks the activities of their PSA and CSA through their VP ledger and Mover tab as I have rightly said, they will be able to know the progress of PSA or CSA. Either they are logging in every day and doing their daily tasks or inactive and this will help the sponsor in tailoring their message to the affected PSA or CSA.
