This is very good question and at same time very hard to do.
Why is hard to do?
Because we all are not the same and all of us have different wishes, limits, turn off's and turn on's.
You can't discover everybody's middle point of activation but what You can do is to stay in contact with everybody in team through team mail, personal mail and stream mail and try to learn them to explore the Training tab and find the goals for itselfs and go for it.
You can to achieve some badges and

We all want that downline work the same enthusiastic as ourselves. With the goal to achive higher rank… To be successful in business... All this for our success ...

For your question is not written prescription. Much time and effort must be invested in advertising. I know… you already think that someone took the job… than quit. Not so easy. Even our members are probably experiencing the same thing.

Our downline can be motivated only by our example, if they are worth

In order to motivate your team members you need to encourage them and let them know that you are alive, by sending them a card or an email at least two to three times per week. You also need to follow your advise by have done the things that you advise them to do. Offer to assist them with any question they or issues related to SFI that they may have.

Send them video showing how and what need to be done and if your team doesn't speak English. Go to Google Translator and translate their

I think the best way to support and motivate your team is take the time to get to know them.

Ask them how they would like you to support them, what incentives and motivation they require or would like.

I personally don’t like to be harassed or spammed, but do enjoy receiving a weekly update of what’s hot and what’s not, what competitions are happening and any tips to help me improve my business.

Hi Florence,

The best way to motivate your team members without demanding too much or turning them off would be to send them encouraging emails or weekly newsletters and telling them about your journey here on SFI and what you have achieved.

Once they see that you are genuinely concerned about their SFI business and that you are doing quite well here they too will do their best in growing their SFI business. This in turn generates duplication.

How can I support and motivate.

Well also get them encouraging words and guide them step by step. Tell them how and where to find more support in how to advance in SFI. Send them E Card to let them know that your are interested in how that are coming alone. Team mail is another way to send your down line some important messages like how you can adversities for free on some site.
The main thing is to never give up on your team, always send a positive message your team

Hello

I find that giving little tips every once in awhile helps to motivate my team. I never try to come across too demanding . I find the guide on the weekly tasks page a good indicator of how much contact is enough...Once a week is plenty. Unless your team member asks for help of course.

I also find incentives such as gift certificates a good idea too.

Making your team members feel like team members instead of part of your "downline" is always wise choice.

Hope

Hello
Instruct them to read all the materials you send them, if you have a support group to read the files in it and she was followed primarily to listen to you and all you give them advice and tell them that you are not their boss but only you were here to help them to build their businesses and be successful. Never prem ments do not place as you're above them and that you are their boss, but they learn how to become successful as you teach them to work. There will be those who do not want

Hi,

easiest way is to show them your success, to show it's it possible, to tell them that you will be there for them. That you will help them as much as you can, to give them gifts if you see that they are willing to work.
Basically only thing you need is to establish a good contact and thru the talk attach with them. They are your co-workers and only way to climb is helping each other.

I think SFI methode to send one team mail once a week is great. No wonder if SFI works. Not only you can support and motivate your team but you earn the points too. Give them the information that you think necessary without bossing to build their business. If you get the feedback from them or a question then you can give them what they need. because if you give them more what they need, they'll think that you're too demanding even make them turning off cause they think that you use them.
