What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

The best way to train your PSAs and CSAs by way of promoting duplication would be to lead by example. If you want your downline to learn more about SFI you must set an example by practicing what you want them to do here.
Your badges will tell them a lot as well on how you are doing on SFI so they will try to replicate or even emulate you, which is a win-win for you and them.
Always offer your assistance and encouragement along the way through your leadership page and using other communication mediums such as emails, SFI chat, group mails, etc. You can only be a good trainer once you are taking all necessary actions that you wish your downline to take.

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

It would normally take you about 20 minutes max to go through your SFI webpage and attempt all Daily/weekly/monthly actions on SFI and Tripleclicks. Once you get your red tabs to green you can cross check by going to your TO DO tab. Next go and rate another 20 ASK SC questions to gain a bonus entry for the Daily Grand. Enter the daily grand and by then you it would have taken you up to 30 minutes on SFI.
You may use the remaining 30 minutes to browse Tripleclicks and take part in Auctions or Games and even list or purchase products.

I beleive EVERYONE should become an SFI Affiliate because unlike other internet marketing sites, SFI is FREE to join, has great support team and marketing aids to help you get you online marketing business running.
SFI also offer you an online store - TRipleClicks where you can shop for items you usually purchase online or even sell items yourself.
There are many more reasons why people should start becoming SFI affiliates! Join in and experience this great culture and business for yourself!

The best way you can respond is to tell them about your experience with SFI and how you have benefited from joining SFI.
Give real examples of your goals and how you have achieved them.
Answer all their queries to the best of your knowledge and refer them to the SFI page if you are unable to answer some of their questions.
You can only successfully sell the SFI brand, mainly through your own happy experience with SFI and by showing others how you care for them to enjoy the benefits from SFI like you.

How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

Hi Florence,
The best way to motivate your team members without demanding too much or turning them off would be to send them encouraging emails or weekly newsletters and telling them about your journey here on SFI and what you have achieved.
Once they see that you are genuinely concerned about their SFI business and that you are doing quite well here they too will do their best in growing their SFI business. This in turn generates duplication.
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

The best thing you can do to such PSAs is to encourage them to achieve EA status each month, hence the can be eligible to earn some income from the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
You also encourage them to learn more on SFI through reading the SFI BASICS tab and they will eventually see that in order to achieve maximum benefits from SFI, they must engage in DUPLICATION.
