How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

Support and motivation depends more on satisfying their needs than it does on the outcomes themselves. Good incentives, whether in the form of T-Credits, PSAs, or shares of a cooperative can make a bigger difference than actually demanding anything... but you have to know your team members well first.

First of all, it is important to show them what they are able to achieve by working at SFI. Show them your or other people's success and tell them that by being persistent and doing a little every day they can acquire even greater success. If so many people can succeed, why can't they?

Secondly, motivate them through gifts and words of encouragement. Tell them they are doing great if they are and send them e-cards when they achieve something important. You can even reward them with TCredits

The key to support and motivating your team members is to help them make money by providing them with the necessary training.

An even better way to motivate them is to help them build their SFI business in depth. When you sponsor someone help them to sponsor two or three people and start working with them.

Conduct weekly training as this will provide helpful information and motivation for your team members.

Recognize both big and small achievements of your team members

Support your team: encourage, teach, lead. Show your team, tell your team what you do to achieve what you have. Show and tell them how to get it for themselves. They need to learn that one simply because we are the only ones that can take care of our team, business, whatever is ours. It will look and sound repetitive, but it takes telling someone something 20-50 times before they 'get it'.
Motivate your team: I personally see that the same as a boss recruiting for a J.O.B.

One of the most important rules is to be truly Leader (leader). If you want to have a good team of people, should lead by example. That would imply that you're not doing anything that you would not like to do your members.

How to do it:

-taking actions, not words - show them that you have achieved something, do not just tell them what can be achieved.

How to motivate team members (without demanding any thing from them)

Repeated no. of times creates disturbance to any body.

I normaly motivate my team mebers

by reading VersaPoint Ledger and send what to do where is the gap.

For new members weekly reminds to act weekly action.

Begining of Month I normally send group mail to all of my team members

what to do for the daily to month ending -

1) Rate the sponsorer and Co-sponsorer.
2) Fix your goal for the month.
3) Verify Standing Order if not

Never ask your team members to spend money, even though investing in SFI is a good way to build the business, if you ask them to spend they may feel that they are simply paying your wage. They will spend when they have come to believe in SFI.

One good way to motivate your team is to run a contest through your leadership page, you'll need to offer a prize, t-credits or a co-op share for instance. Decide what you want your affiliates to do, but remember you need to be able to check it,

Supporting my team the best way I know is: by just ANSWERING the questions they have..

I read so many answers that are over 500 words long but contain NO ANSWER !! The kind of answers politicians can give :)

If they ask you: Should I go LEFT or RIGHT then just answer : That Way !!

Do NOT analyze every simple question just so your answer LOOKS cool..
