The undoubtedly best way for generating TCredits, VP and MRP is the Knockout Trivia. However, to consistently win trivia, you will need a small amount of TC to get you started.
For beginners, T-Time will be the easiest way of generating TCredits, even though the amount may not be that large. Earning 2 TC at a time will however prove to be more than enough to get you started. You can also utilize Pick or Punt if you're good at predictions. After amassing a decent number of TCredits, the easiest way to generate TCredits, VP and MRP is definitely the Knockout Trivia.
You can of course rely on the trivia from the beginning as there are free games. The drawback is that you cannot use the 50/50 help which I've found it to be invaluable later on when some questions are just to difficult to answer and you cannot enter the standard games either. Each win will grant you a minimum of 40TC, or a share of the 20% of the zackpot if you've placed second depending on the number of people who also placed second. Aside from that, each entry into non-free games will earn you VP and each spent TC will earn you MRP aswell.
However, if you're just looking for quick VP and MRP you may consider trying gold streak as you will earn MRP and VP with each entry there as well, and you may even win a decent amount of TC if you're good at the game. Although I've personally found this game to be a lot harder overall than the trivia as it relies more on luck rather than knowledge.
All other games can grant a decent amount of TC as well, however they're mostly a gamble. You cannot guarantee that you will win anything and you will have to depend mostly on luck. The entries to the games will grant you both MRP and VP however, so you're not losing out on much other than having a lesser chance of winning the TC zackpot.
