Actually, you have many things to do here to help your new PSA who need guidance. You have to do something about your business everyday and remember, If your new PSA needs guidance, you have to respond to them quickly even you are still new to this SFI Business because this type of new PSA have an interest and commitment in many things about SFI and I am sure you will have a great income in future if you make them act like what Top Leaders have done in SFI.
 
For your Information, I was in your position before and I am willing to serve my new PSA until I embrace my mind in how to handle with what they need especially regarding compensation plan and many other things about SFI. Below are my quick and easy techniques that i used earlier;
1. Listen properly with what questions they needed.
 – Do action toward their questions and refer back the question to SFI and TripleClicks article.
 
2. Quick and Easy.
 – Just simply type in the empty box above next to your profile picture and look for quick answers to your new PSA question. By doing so, you will see there is a lot of glossary about SFI and TripleClicks for you to see and read and copy paste and send to your new PSA.
 
3. You have to present them in simple step of Daily task or Daily To Do List.
 – Explain in Theory of doing day-to-day tasks and send Team Mail.
 
4. Communications between you, your upline, your Sponsor and Cosponsor.
 – Stay contacted with your upline for help or support – let them know that you also new to SFI business.
 
5. Be organized and motivated. 
- for yourself to do your new PSAs with more hints and thoughts on how to do SFI and straight out to motivate yourself.
 
6. Your Positive Attitude make everything works.
 – Be willing to do, willing to learn, opening move toward what they require to get along.
 
7. Ask them to refer to SFI BASIC, Launchpad for 30 days of training, refer to Support Desk or 24 hours support.

9. Does something with self improvement in SFI such as referring back to SFI article, read and learn more to achieve what you require.
 
10. See SFI and TrpleClicks Marketing Method.

11. Duplication.
 – duplicate your step to your new PSA. By doing process No. 2 and No. 8 above, you are on your way to duplication system and you have 100% answers to your new PSA questions.

There are many ways you can help a new PSA who needs guidance even if you're new in SFI and have little knowledge about marketing.

Share your experience. When you first joined SFI you were in their shoes, what you did to learn, the training materials that helped you, etc.

That as a newbie yourself, all you did was to read and follow the SFI Basics and learn the Launchpad lessons by heart and learn from the SFI Rules of Success.

That in the beginning you were as overwhelmed as your new PSA is but because you wanted to know more you never missed a day logging in and earning VP and learning.

Point your PSA to the Forum to learn from others. Give him the links to various subjects that we need to know and share tips that you yourself proved useful especially in promoting SFI and marketing TripleClicks products and services.

Advise your PSA to click everything in the Tool Bar of the homepage, where to find FAQs and how to send Tickets to Support when a problem occur and you are unable to give help to solve.

While you are helping your new PSA, you are also gaining confidence and more knowledge and also being an awesome sponsor. You gain more because you're training yourself to be an effective team leader. Together you both grow!

One of the great things about SFI is that even someone who is completely new can get up to speed very quickly and then help others too.

To do this SFI has 03 excellent methods:

1 - All the training material is provided free of charge at 'SFI Basics' and 'rules of success'. Don't just read these to gain the VP on offer. Study this material very carefully and repeatedly, especially if you are new.

2 - Your up-line. When you are faced with a question you do not know the answer to, you can always contact your up-line all the way the SFI management to get the answer and covey it to your team member.

3 - Read ASK SC tab questions as often as you can. These make up most of the frequently asked questions from Affiliates, and the answers provided by other senior members are extremely informative and useful.

These are the 03 primary avenues available to everyone at SFI to get up to speed and keep up with the latest. There are several other methods too. But you should find the answers to most team member questions here.

You don't have to be an expert to succeed at SFI. You just have to be ready to study, learn and never, never give up. All my very best.

Being new to SFI and new to marketing, you'll need guidance yourself, before you can help your new PSAs.

Here's what you need to do to help yourself and your new PSAs:

- Review SFI BASICS and Launchpad. Understanding these two important sections will help you greatly what SFI all about. If you're confused, you have several options to clear up your inquiries. You can go to Support section and make your choice of using one or more of the available channels provided namely, Glossary, Getting Started, Contact Us, Your Sponsor, Your Upline etc.

- It will take time to widen your knowledge base and being honest to your new PSAs will relieve you the pressure in trying to answer questions from your new PSAs that require knoledge plus experience. Let them know that you're enlisting the help of your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor, Upline and will provide them answers as soon as possible.

- As a new Sponsor to your new PSAs, you can also direct your questions to the SFI Forum.

This is a very good question.
Most affiliates barely understand the program before they start recruiting PSAs of their own, and when the PSA ask some questions or are need of directions, the sponsor who is relatively new himself is left in limbo.

I think the solutions to this includes:

1. Read as much information as you can from all the SFI training, SFI Basics, SFI Launchpad, Rules of success and importantly Experts reports and internet income lessons (this can be found on "Training" tab in your homepage.

2. Ask your own sponsor to help you out, you can get the answers you need from your sponsor and passed it down to your PSA. Also you can use the training your sponsor gave to you when you signed up and passed it down to your PSA.

3. You can always improve yourself by visiting SFI forum, reading and participating in all the posts, this is how i learnt what SFI is all about, since my own sponsor was not active. Participating in forum increases your knowledge about SFI and internet marketing.

4. Internet(Google) is your best friend, you can always google about internet marketing, download it in pdf format and go through it at your convenience, I learnt everything i know about internet marketing by constantly pestering google.

Finally, keep on improving yourself, they say "there is no limit to learning". Ask right questions to right people, keep on learning new things on internet everyday, read as much as you can after-all "Readers are Leaders"

This will in fact acquaint you more with what you should be doing yourself.

We all started in the same boat. We were all new at some stage. Some were just new to SFI, some were new to internet marketing and some were just plain new to all things about earning money online.

So how did we get ahead? How did some of us proceed to towards the top while others are still sitting on the back bench? It is called work.
Just because you have an internet business, it doesn’t mean you join, login once or twice and expect the money to roll in. You need to do something. Mostly it is called reading. You read, you make notes and you learn. Then you put what you have learned into practice. Can you now see yourself progressing a little way up the ladder. Keep it up and you will eventually reach the top.

Now all of your reading and learning can be passed on to your team. Just a little bit of information at a time – don’t overwhelm them. You can do this in one of several ways. You can send a team mail from the Genealogy to all of your team at once. You can go to the PSA Mailer and the CSA Mailer and send mail. You can get your own website. This is a good way to communicate with your team. You can build a learning site and make it as simple or as complicated as you like. Pretty it up a bit to make it interesting and send the link to your team in a team mail.

Communication is the key to all business whether it be online or not. Your communication needs to be informative and helpful. To get this information, read, read, read and understand what you are reading and put it into practice. If there is something you do not understand yourself, share this with your team. Get them talking. Contact your upline. If your upline is not forthcoming, go to the Forum.

Sharing your information with your team is a great way to build your business and thus a great way to do well.

Being new in SFI is not very much of a problem in helping your PSA who needs guidance. That is one wonderful thing here at SFI.

Here are what you can do.

1. Pass on the question to your uplines - You have several uplines that you can contact for this purpose.

2. Ask it in the forum - I am sure that in a minute you will get an answer.

3. Browse ASK SC for similar question - Almost all category of questions are already asked in Ask SC. Use the search bar by typing a key words to find the answer.

4. If the question is very specific and you feel that it is only SFI you can do something to solve his problem, tell him to submit a ticket.

5. Be sure to let him study, the three buttons the "Start", "SFI Basics" and "Launchpad" near his profile.

6. if his question is general, use google to find an answer.

These are good ways to help while you yourself is also new because because you can also learn together with your PSA.

What a great question! The best thing to do is study SFI, top and bottom. It's hard to give gudiance, when you know very little about about internet marketing.

And very importantly you must learn about " Duplication" If your not growing an active SFI team it will be very hard to gain income in this company. (That way you earn income by the actions of your team)

1) Be an awesome team leader.
If your PSA's have any questions or concerns answer them promptly. If your not sure how to answer them, contact your sponsor and they should be able to help you. When your PSA's see you helping them, they will be motivated to be successful.

2) Lead by example.
Log into SFI everyday, keep your leader page updated.

3) Study your "Lunchpad Lessons"
Your Lunchpad lessons are full of great marketing tips that you can use to help promote SFI and Tripleclicks.

4) Have fun, stay motivated, and be persistent.

Once you understand SFI and how it works, you should be able to help your PSA's.

Let me answer this question by making a joke. “Nobody knows everything in SFI business.” Even the founder, Mr. Gerry Carson himself admits that much. Having said that, be informed that even if you are new in marketing, you are not alone. Very many other affiliates are new to marketing too. We are all still learning this business day in day out. Even if you do not know how but know where to refer your PSA where he can get valuable information to help him, you are doing great. Therefore, even if you are new in marketing, you can refer the PSA to many specific areas in SFI for guidance and encourage him to be honest and diligent with the information therein. All the information is accessible in every affiliate’s Home Page. Just advise your PSA as follows:

1. To learn the basics of the business, use SFI BASICS.
2. For a detailed 30 day lessons, use the LAUNCHPAD.
3. Use the FORUMS to interact with fellow affiliates.
4. Join a2a for the purpose of interaction and networking.
5. For information and articles on Sales, Sponsoring, Getting Started etc, use the TRAINING PAGE.
6. Access real valuable information at the ASK SC forum.
7. Lastly, encourage your PSA not to shy away from the following:
