An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

If one of my affiliates who had been inactive returned. I would welcome them back with a wow Glad Your back.

Then would ask how can I help them to get their dreams, for they are their dreams and not mine.

Then remind them that this is their business and not mine I am only here to help them to be successful if I can.

Welcome them with open arms

Of course you should acknowledge this. You need to write him/her then. But you must not ask to many questions, because you can start annoying that affiliate. Instead you should write that you are glad that affiliate is back here, offer him/her help, tell that anything affiliate needs can ask you. If affiliate responds, then later in your conversation (if this conversation is good and polite), you can ask why affiliate left SFI, is everything ok with his family, his life, etc.

Hello Ovidi,

I will keep it simple, pay attention to it, talk with them, send them a welcome message. Start with a friendly communication just like you should with every other Affiliate in your team, make them feel comfortable and in good hands, help them start their journey with SFI. Beginning is the hardest part of journey, we all know it, we felt it when we started, it's much easier when you have a friend beside you!

Yes, you never know what's going on in a person's life that made them inactive in the first place. It could be family related, work, sickness are maybe they just needed to get their thoughts together on whether this is really for them, is this really something they want to do long term, can I handle this, why am I here. There are tons of reasons why a person may not be doing what you think they should be doing. At the end of the day, be it here or in their own life, first and foremost they are first

I would first welcome them back. Then, I would let them know I was concerned about them, like telling them I hoped everything was ok for them and the family. I would offer my assistance or advice to them and encourage them to stay focused and remember that SFI can generate them a nice living if they do their work on their end. I would then welcome them back again and close.

Yes... you should acknowledge this and give your full support to him or her. Who knows this inactive affiliate will be active affiliate under your guide. We don't have to know or ask why he or she not been active for long period of time. Every incident happened past or present has their own reason behind it. Even future not in our hand. Thank you.

This is a wonderful opportunity to find and send an appropriate Ecard with a little note of appreciation that they have come back. You might ask them what new goals are they setting. Let them know that a lot has happened in SFI. That they might want to check out and try all the new games. Then let them know that you will be there for them and they can contact you anytime.

Hi Ovidio Epifani,

When someone in your downline log on SFI after a long time of course you have to contact him/her. Wish him a happy return, show him/her your achievements from the period of his inactivity and offered him/her help.
That should do the short and cheerful way to affiliate would not feel under pressure.
If the affiliate is logged for another attempt will certainly be in touch after this approach.

Best Regards

You should definitely acknowledge them right away. Welcome them back with open arms and assure them that you are here to help them in any way you can. Let them know that SFI is experiencing rapid growth every day and how they can benefit from that growth by staying active and by promoting their business using whatever means they have available.
