Of course, you should! And do it as soon as you see he/she has logged in after a long time. Welcome them back and make sure to let them feel you are happy to see them on board again.

You can then ask if they need help and offer some tips on how to proceed by checking his VP ledger first and then direct him/her to do it. Then ask if it's okay if you send him another email with more tips, guides and direction.

Hope this helps.

Hello dear Ovidio,

Of course you should! These Affiliates are highly important because someone who came back to SFI has a good reason standing behind that decision. For example: someone explained him how SFI functions and all its benefits. And therefore, pay attention to this one. Ask him politely why he came back and offer him your help.

Whatever might be behind his decision to come back, its just a plus to you. And if the universe was nice to you and led him back to you, then

Hi
what to say? welcome him/her of course as you would have welcomed a new affiliate. its been long.
I had an opportunity to learning from someone that this happened to. he had not logged in for 2 months straight. so when he did, he said his sponsor welcomed him and encouraged him and that spur him to become active. The letters he had been receiving did the trick, so when he eventually responded, there lied the sponsor waiting for him like a prodigal son come home and as a result became

By all means, definitely acknowledge they have become active again.
There are different reasons and circumstances why someone has had a long period of inactivity. Whatever the reason may have been, they have now come back which could also be a great sign that they're 'ready' this time around.
Welcome them back with enthusiasm. Re-introduce yourself, a refresher who you are. Let them know you are here to assist and can help, when they need your guidance. Do ask them if there is anything

Most definitely acknowledge your affiliates. We all have a basic need to know that we are not invisible or not important. If they log in and only find silence they might feel nobody even noticed that they were gone or that they are back and they will quit again - this time probably for good.
You do not have to throw a big party or make a huge deal about it - that might also give them a fright resulting in them disappearing again.
Be friendly, send them a welcome e-card and offer

Always remember that your active affiliate is one of the "vehicles" in SFI that "drives" your success. Hence having an inactive affiliate logging in again should be like be like "a breath of fresh air." Waste no time in acknowledging this person. A warm welcome via email or Ecard should be most appropriate. Let the affiliate know that you are happy to have he/she back and remind the affiliate that as sponsor you are still available for help and support as needed.

If an affiliate logs after a long period, this means he/she is interested to take another chance and start again.

Many new affiliates are confused when they join or they don't know how SFI works.
Others were excited and ready to work but they found themselves ignored by their Sponsors.

So, I think that if an affiliate returns this is great and a good opportunity for the Sponsor and even the Co-sponsor to give him/her as much as support and tips to encourage him/her

Of course you should acknowledge this, i would like to mention that the inactivity is sometimes caused by lack of knowledge and probably confusion due to the many opportunities fronted to him by similar online businesses.the affiliate may have been unable to choose which online business was best suited to him or her, so probably during that period of inactivity he/she was analyzing the best option for him/her.

If now the affiliate comes active send him a welcome note and just remind him

First of all, you welcome him/her once again and tell them that you are glad to have them back in your team.

If they are logging in after a long period, it is possible that there will be many changes in SFI system. You inform them briefly about the changes in the system and tell them how they can continue their work and remain active to earn a good income from SFI. Also tell them importance of a team/downline and help them in getting more PSAs and make a good team. Also inform them importance
