Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

I think it depends. It depends on the type of products or items you are selling. If your product is UNIQUE and you think people anywhere in the world will like it, will benefit from it, and it is not so heavy or bulky to ship, then probably, you can offer it internationally. And digital items like ebooks, services that can be done online like website designing can be offered internationally.
Basic and common items like soaps, apparel,household products and the like should be offered locally because these items are mostly cheap or affordable but adding the cost of shipping will make it expensive.
Shipping cost and handling is something you need to consider when you will sell internationally.
Maybe for a start, you can sell locally first to test the demand for your products.

What is the best way to predict the final price in the Pick The Price game?

Actually, there is no best way to calculate the final price in the Pick the Price game.
But you can try this:
Before you enter the amount, try to check the price history of the item you want to predict. You can also consider the time of the auction. There are times that the winning price is too low and sometimes it is high. Compare the times when the winning bid is low or high and sometimes you can also consider who are the bidders.
You can also observe first the way some bidders bid. Some uses the Auto bidder and some don't. And sometimes it also depends on what items are being auctioned.
All these are factors to be considered but most of the time, it is LUCK. Or you have the gift of predicting the right price.

What are some good tips for winning the Eager Zebra Gold Streak game?

I have been playing this game and so far my longest streak was 11. In my experience, you can't really tell if you will advance or not. Answers are based on the surveys taken by SFI and as we know, people have different views and opinions and so you.
Unless you are kind of psychic, then you can really guess the correct answers plus a little bit of luck. But if you are answering the survey questions, you will know in advance these questions but still the correct answers does not depend on your opinion and views alone.
So, I think playing this game regularly will make you familiar with the questions and correct answers and it might just come a day where all these questions will be asked when you play. This is a guessing game so we will never know for sure but playing the game REGULARLY might give you a chance to win. Try also to play the number of games you are allowed per day.

Of course, you should! And do it as soon as you see he/she has logged in after a long time. Welcome them back and make sure to let them feel you are happy to see them on board again.
You can then ask if they need help and offer some tips on how to proceed by checking his VP ledger first and then direct him/her to do it. Then ask if it's okay if you send him another email with more tips, guides and direction.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

Hi!
We can easily determine if the new PSA or CSA is really serious to become successful in SFI. Check:
1) If they have login to their Affiliate center and accomplish the GETTING STARTED ACTIONS,and get the VPs
2) If they have at least acknowledge your welcome email.
3) If at the very start, they have become a Fast Track member.
4) If they accomplish the daily TO DO LIST and regularly increase their VPs
5) If you see that they login DAILY after their signup
6) If they ask question or start posting their questions in the forum.
7) If you see that they are playing some of the games in TripleClicks
8) If you see that they accomplish all the actions in the VP Ledger.
Some or all of these maybe present but the most crucial is if after the second month of becoming an EA, he/she continues to login daily and accomplish all the Daily Actions and have an SO set up; then we can say that he/she is interested to succeed...

Good day!
The best way to maintain your SFI position is to set up your SO and have your card funded.
Plan ahead how you can get online while you're on vacation. You may need an iphone, smartphone, tablet or whatever it takes you to be online while on the go, so that you can still do your daily tasks that needs to be accomplished.
You may assign/train someone to check on your SFI business while you're on vacation.
With regards to team support, you may ask your sponsor to help you with this and inform your team members about this and give them contact information of your sponsor.
You can direct your team members to post their question in the forum.
Or you can set up your leaderships page with tips and guides that your members can check.
Most importantly, SFI website provides everything, the how tos, tips and guidance and everything there is to know about this business, so there's really no worry.
With everything set up, go and enjoy your vacation.

If ever, I might do the following:
1. Think of the purpose of the meeting,the venue and the date and time and send out the information to all the A2A in the locality to check their availability and be open for any suggestion as to the venue, date and time so as to accommodate more A2A.
2. Draft a list of activity to be undertaken, assign people to assist you if needed on a per area/locality basis. Activities may include self introduction to the group, their status in the SFI business or when they started.
3.Allocate time for sharing of experiences in doing SFI business, sharing of suggestions or tips how to recruit, promote etc...
4. Refreshments can be served if necessary
5. If you can, you can present a slideshow of how to do SFI efficiently and effectively (while having snacks or refreshments). Or maybe how to do certain things to promote/advertise or how to blog. You can ask A2A in advance to suggest what they particularly want to know or learn in the meeting.

WHEN?
You know you are successful in SFI if your goals are met already.
So, if you have built your SFI team and you are sure that they are active and consistently increasing in number, then consider yourself successful.
If you are earning the amount you believe is sufficient or more than sufficient
for you and your family and is consistent and growing each month, then you are successful already.
If you have mastered the workings of your SFI business and you can pass the knowledge to your PSAs and CSAs for duplication, you are on your way to success.
