When you think about payment, SFI offers various types of payment method which are of course TripleClicks Gift Certificate, TripleClicks Gift Card (to look for PRM sale only. Not for payment), LocalPay with TCurrency, PayPal and TripleClicks Payoneer. As a motivated Team Leader, we have to think of when and how to use it the best way for our PSA who want to become a Team Leader. We have to look into solutions to work it out. Before I start my following action, I have to make sure that my opinion, the solution to my PSA is totally complete in;
Strong Communication needed between two.
– In my experience, I've found there is a way how to deal with PSA who want to become Team Leader but zero credit card and this is needed more initiative, willing to do, willing to earn but need strong communication between both sides. Strong communication between two is to ensure that many things are considered agreed by both sides for self improvement to success in SFI and that is mean “Do something about your business”.
Motivate toward duplication.
– When you have completed with strong communication above, you are trying to improve your duplication to your PSA and you show them that you are willing to help, offer, improve and lead by example. This step is to ensure your PSA are totally agreed to your offer and then you can start your next step by step action which is you issue them;
1. TripleClicks Gift Certificate.
– The best way to support your PSA is to issue them a gift certificate if he or she wants to become team leader, you can issue them $100.00 and this is more better and easy way to Bronze Team Leader. Make sure your PSA agreed with your suggestion. You can explain to them the benefit and perks with $100 TC as per their wish.
$1,000 TripleClicks Gift Certificate.
-In my real story, some of my active PSA has a credit card, but they 100% doesn't want to use their credit card. They like to ask me to issue TC Gift certificate to them and they paid by cash or check. The biggest amount is a $1,000 gift card. That is why I have said the above with strong communication, both are agreed to terms and conditions apply.
OR
2. TripleClicks Gift Card – ask them to participate and distribute the gift card everywhere to get PRM and assist with you. If they have 1 TC Referral, they will earn will earn PRM sales. To earn action VP, 300 redeem action points, price to win 50 AVP.
OR
3. Discuss LocalPay with TCurrency direction – which is involving money transfer due to currency and they have to confirm the money transfer to your personal bank account before complete order. Of course, this is facing with a lot of risk. Since we have our ECA LocalPay in my country, I ask my PSA to refer an ECA TConnect page and look for TCurrency. If they set their Standing Order using TCurrency, they will earn another 100 AVP bonus from Standing Order.
OR
4. TripleClicks Payoneer – If their commission reaches $21, 00, ask them to make payoneer and earn 500AVP.
5. Another clue and Must DO.
-To do list to earn extra action VP a month, participate to daily grand ENTRY, T-TIME and Participate Weekly Action. SBuilder Co-op – You can put them on your Sbuilder Co-op list to help them to build their business since they are willing to go for team leaders. Ask him or her to participate at ASK SC – to earn AVP and to learn more about SFI.
6. TripleClicks Games – If their IQ is good, you can ask them to participate in TripleClicks Eager Zebra Games. There are a lot of numbers of games which is they can earn some extra credits, VersaPoints and MRP.
Now, almost more than 1 year and the half, I did and I believe with the entire above is a good solution to help our active PSA who wants to become team leader
