Let you Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) do what they want to do. As their sponsor you are their to support them on their journey as they build their OWN business. True, you want them to succeed; however, each of them are their own individuals. Unless you know each of intimately, there is a very good chance each of them has their own learning style, own drive and own way of doing things.

I will use myself as an example. It has been 18 months since I joined SFI. I earned Silver

One should encourage PSAs to become Team Leaders right away. In material whether they have active/inactive PSAs/CSAs coz you see, no matter how many members and sales you achieve in one month, nothing is certain until:
1. Your PSA'S start EARNING-only then you know they will stay

2. You find a sales routine you can duplicate every month.

By becoming BTL, lots of benefits and earnings which helps into firming up and ESTABLISHING business network of PSA'S (duplication),shopping

Firstly I would never discourage anyone from doing anything. I would explain. I would explain both the advantages and disadvantages.

Open your word processing program and draft a letter to go to all of your team which you think is appropriate. Filter them out using your genealogy and send them a team mail.

You would include the huge benefits in being a team leader such as building your downline with second home CSAs each month. You would explain which level of team leader

If you have studied the concept of the SFI business well, then you would understand that your residual income starts building with active affiliates. You will build an income without active affiliates but this will take you much longer than if you had affiliates who log in daily and achieve a minimum of Executive Affiliate(2) status and above. This is where you accumulate valuable action points which are vital in building your qualification to leadership level.

You also would want to

If your PSA is in his/her first month, make sure they are fully conversant with how SFI works.
If they think that they will make BTL this month and go on to silver the next they are wasting their time and VP going all out in their first month.
I say this because I have experience with PSAs who go all out in the first month, make even Silver team leader, are dreadfully disappointed when the new month comes around and they are back to Affiliate.
Some being from 3rd world countries

You should encourage your PSAs to become Team Leaders like you.

While training your PSAs to become Team Leaders, you are at thesame time building your Success.

As soon as your PSAs become leaders, you will begin to earn on them.

Your becoming successful in SFI depends on how well you have been able to train your PSAs on the Power of Duplication and what SFI entails at large.

With your PSAs building up to the 12th generation also duplicating as you did,

Hi Mary,

Most definitely without a doubt I would encourage them to go for it and teach them how to make it happen. I have been maintaining my TL status right along since I joined SFI without any active PSAs and without any difficulty whatsoever.

My commission income has been steadily going up to my satisfaction because 1. I am active in SFI, 2. a TripleClicks Customer and 3. I have several active CSAs.

I am now able to invest my commission earnings into advertising

I think every person should become a team leader as quickly as they possibly can. They build momentum, they earn the confidence of their team, and they can continually motivate by their own success.

The question is How?

1. If I can invest I must invest. I became a bronze team leader my third day in SFI and have never looked back. It benefited me in many ways. I now have literally 1713 CSAs earned and gained due to Team Leader status. And these CSA alone more than finance my

Hello Mary,

Your question indicates that your PSA has asked your opinion or expressed desire to become Team leader in very early stage of SFI( First month) is that correct?

If so as a Sponsor you should find out what is he expecting after becoming Team leader. You will come to know whether your PSA clearly understood compensation plan or not. If not , explain them the benefit of becoming a TEAM LEADER . Explain them that the leader should have a Team. Explain them clearly

The decision to become Team Leaders will depend on a number of factors like budget, having a team, progress at SFI etc.

There is no necessity to be a Team Leader unless you actually have a team. The benefits you gain as a Team Leader are derived from the override commissions i.e. Matching VP you earn from your team members. So if you don’t have a team yet its best to focus of recruiting affiliates and teaching them to become EAs and Team Leaders themselves i.e. duplication.
