Are trying to become a good sponsor to help new members and build a successful team. Follow their members, if they are successful, it is also our success. Success means different things to different people depending on what they intend to achieve.
I suggest that you measure your success against your set goals (this is where setting realistic goals come into play) as what mr. A views as success may be different from what mr. B views as success.
In any business, and in this our own, there is a moment when you realize that the vast majority of the lessons learned in practice carried out so that there is still a little secret for you and shortcomings. I evaluate my success on SFI from the goals and target i set for my self which am expected to meet within a day, a week and month not only form badges and earnings.
I also evaluate my Success base on my sales target, number of PSAs i recruit and PSAs that i have active, number of mails i deliver in a day and so much more...

As the saying goes "you can't be rich over night".
Again this all goes back to how you manage yourself as a good Manager. If are a good Manager, you will reap what you sow. And if you are that person who waits for miracles to happen, I think you better start pulling your socks up.
When first joining SFI I was not sure what it meant or what is was about?
