How I explain and promote transfer buying to my team members?!
One thing is for shoore it shall not cost more for them or my self than home-If it´s not something I really want or something that promote my business-this is not your normally buy at home but, I rather put in some more money for this sektion. And maybee some do just that and don´t buy as much at home over a time.
But before I say anything about it at all i try to get to know my members little better I should not withdraw "you should buy all your stuff here insted of home also-after just explained the SO" and get more money invest brought up.
I think all things requier more or less time, specially for business starter, and as this not is on the top-list on how to increase your money, I think it is better to wait a while before I bring it up.
Then many people seems having hard or don´t like to talk about money-or it is Rather their money and how much they earn who are the issue...
But with communication and especially-in the beginning)mail about yourself more than only ask questions,stick in a question here and there in mail/phone,chatt if you don´t get so much response back from your storys about your life, SFI, etc or even don`t SFI questions.
Then you must put in some question to get some response, but is it a relatively new afiliate, ask about his/hers family, hobbies etc and if they have some questions about SFI.Eventually, Tell them what that meens.
I should write something like- Now that SFI is your store, you should know that you could benefit a lot if you insted of buying things you normally buy in a month in your stores at home, If you insted buy this items- all items you can find you usually buy or need, that don´t are more expencive. + It can be the otherway around it can be cheaper or much cheeper. And then you save some money, plus if you buy things you usually buy you don´t loose anything, insted you get PLENTY of VP´s and that do that you reach the limit or above it and can easier become a Btl etc. And the more vp the more you earn from the executive -pool and matching point "If He/she has psa"who is EA2
Then it depends what country they come from, because USA is a pretty expensive country(compare to us in Sweden alsoo and still Sweden is a very rich country- (even if not all in Sweden are rich, so have we safity net),
but Sweden are compared to usa cheap-specially on items, clothes(Obs there are lots of very expencivies items etc here too-I calculated the most things)-Its not like USA- and with that I only wanted to point out.
There are country who really struggling financially, and to look were people are from can also be an help.
Some psa that I have had stoped just for the financial and some few had also trubbeling to put in money in T-C- so It can be that they don´t have so much money-never/almost never buy stuff at home, or/and problem to get the money too-SFI/TC.
First of all talk to them about other stuff, when the times come to withdraw that,do so
Tell them what works for you and search and find cheep ECA-shops at them with items they have told you the might buy if found-(cheep)
If there are a psa with good economi in the country at least-she/he have probebly not a superproblem- but some don`t want too buy things online, or it can be a princeple what ever...
Do NOT nagging on them about this then they may even opt out-if new psa spec- They think you only want them to buy stuff to get commision...
There are better ways to go than buy your things at TC-it is good to-don´t misunderstand me.
But you should foremost do something that is good for your WHOLE team-think of a way so they also benefits,
in what ever- Tell them that they can sell their things at TC in a very simple way. Or buy gift-certificate and have to give to your psa etc and encourege them to try to use them on items they nomally use, so they get a glimt of that it realy can work. and tell them about to Advertise TripleClick-produkts, eca-produkts, pricebender,etc, to get commision-who do they can buy more.
My best tips is help your psa, csa and they are much more in to help you, like duplication in this way that I give away "Duplication booster psa"el S-buildercoop,etc as soon a psa manage to be an EA2
Do a coop for them-send money for co-op to a psa/psa´s pay-pal- 1st co-op-24$ for 1-2psa on sbuilder and the psa managing his own coop-and you get the commision and its almost half the price, then you have investet in your team and get money your self.
AND if they feel you care about that they will succed-wich you should, they are much more in to help you-as ex buy things IF the can...This is the best tip ever and Ive duplicate it from my upline-Thats were the key is to your question and to everything you want them to do-so you can earn more-ex upgrade-if you give from your self in both time, be a friend, set the team to come first and put some money-or some other incentetive if needed.
Help them ocassionaly with maintain EA2, some times -then you have a much easier to get them to help you..Another tips is to have contests-the one who ex have most vp in 2-4w-win something they want/you choose-can be anything. Tell them to join W3 if they have not-then they will get t-cred and may be hooked like many else on PB-a...
