What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

Hi Richard;
The best way to motivate your downline, is with your example;
What motivated you not to stay an EA forever? What steps did you take to get to the next level? In what áreas were you weak and worked out to overcome them?
If your sponsor gave you some kind of rewards for a " good job" all you have to do is the the same thing.
We have to understand that in order to duplicate, we must follow some simple rules that SFI provides for everybody, as simple as that , we don´t need to reinvent the Wheel.

Well, explain it in plain english, so your team can understand it.
Tell them that the things they buy now at the local store, they can start buying them now at TripleClicks, and earn comissions, and versa points at the same time.
This way they are making their business grow, while at the same time getting all the versa points needed to requalify for their status.

What is the best way to predict the final price in the Pick The Price game?

In fact there is no way to predict the final Price in any Pick The Price Game, otherwise there would be "200 players and 200 winners" , the only tool we have to kind of guessing the answer, is the winners history, but that does´nt tell you anything, except who won, and a few other details of the bidding history. I tell you what I do; I pick out the 5 winners at the same hour in different days for the same ítem and add the 5 different prices, and whatever the total is , I divide it into 5 and come out with the quantity I go for.

Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

I think you should start shipping locally, and by that I mean ,whitin your own country,before go international. That way you can have shipping costs under control, and of course after a while, you can start adding the neighbor countries, after you´ve made up some research about the shipping costs to these other countries. As a new ECA myself is what I´m doing right now, so I wish my answer helps you a Little bit. Thank you.
