Every business has its secrets that can not be learned until you do a particular action and so the work of one ECA and sending shipments across the world. In my opinion, it is better to start with your country and a couple of neighboring countries with which cooperation is high, and then expand the market. I believe that you will initially learn a lot about user interest in your products and adjust your sales strategy. First small then big steps. I wish you big success.

Hi Tricia,
My advice is to go with Limited shipping at first and after, when your business gets bigger, you can change it to international shipping.

Also keep in mind when forming a price for the product to be aware of the shipping costs. You will have to choose either to separate the price of the product with shipping costs or to merge them in one price and to advertise it with free shipping. I strongly recommend the free shipping method, simply because it has been more effective.

Whether you are a fairly new ECA or have been one for years, this is an international company and I think we should all strive to be international associates.
Unless you want your business to stay small because as long as you are only selling to your local area, there is not much chance of your business growing.
Once you expose your business and your products or services to the international market you see that sales increase and business grows!
I hope this helps,

The choice is for the ECA because it depends on several factors. The capacity of the ECA's business comes to the fore. If it would be difficult to provide the product or service far afield, it would be wise to start low. Another question to consider would be the ability to ship the offer. If it will be easier from start to ship over long distances, considering costs and related logistics, then go for it!
In the main, I think limiting shipping to your local area is not a weakness but an opportunity

If you are new to business and still learning how I would recommend starting with your own region and expanding as your business grows.

If you are familiar with, marketing, shipping AND your product is light enough to consider shipping internationally without to much trouble go for it!!!

Do what works best for you and grow!!!

Best of luck in your ECA endeavors.

Hi Tricia.
Your question needs to be evaluated in consideration of the products she sells. A shop ECA entered into this marketing platform, has the opportunity to submit your articles all over the world, and this is an opportunity that only through Tripleclicks can have. According to my point of view you have to think about the availability to pay the shipping charges or not. If I sell a product that has a low price, and considering the 15% who pay a contribution Tripleclicks, I should send

SFI is a global business.

If you're set up to sell internationally and are confident in your shipping arrangements then why limit yourself to local sales only.

I've been an ECA for 2 years now and probably 95% of my sales have come from outside my own country.

If you're ready then grab the bull by the horns and go for it.

It would really be better if you consider limited shipping with your area as a fairly new ECA, first, understand the whole process involved in shipping internationally before stepping into it and it will cost you more doing shipping internationally rather local shipping, which will reduce you profit margin, preferable conqurer your locality with your product and if it is appreciated as much before you go international
