What do you mean by profitable business?
My guess is that in terms of SFI and TripleClicks, you mean a business that grows in terms of team size (downline) but at the same time succeeding in promoting the products and services offered by TripleClicks and thus allowing you and your team to reap profits through sales generated.

If my assessment of your question is right up to this far, then what is the best way to build the business through S-Builder Co-op?
I don't think there is any way that can be viewed best because S-Builder Co-op is an investment that may yield results or fail to yield them to your expectations, the reason being that you don't have much influence on the targeted destination i.e. the potential customer who will see or hear the ad and respond to it. It's a combination of luck and the nature of the ad. Though with the nature of the ad I'd vouch in advance that it is or they are of high quality because they are created by SFI whose content and form of all material we've come across so far is of extremely adequate standard.

All you need to do is decide if you subscribe to an existing Co-op, or set up one for your business with the aid of the Co-op Manager. The former is a good option if you want to take advantage of SFI doing all the heavy-lifting on your behalf.

At a more specific level, I have subscribed to S-Builder Co-op a month ago and am still waiting for any outcome. I understand that it may work positively or yield nothing. At any earliest opportunity I will purchase another unit, then wait again and watch like a fisherman who's just thrown the fishline in deep waters.

There's no best way.

The choice is for the ECA because it depends on several factors. The capacity of the ECA's business comes to the fore. If it would be difficult to provide the product or service far afield, it would be wise to start low. Another question to consider would be the ability to ship the offer. If it will be easier from start to ship over long distances, considering costs and related logistics, then go for it!
In the main, I think limiting shipping to your local area is not a weakness but an opportunity to gain experience and getting ready for the longer haul.

What is key is to remember that the affiliate's long absence is not necessarily a sign of laziness but may hint on some other personal aspect, and hopefully they may share with you along the way, thus affording you an opportunity to help solve it too.

Common knowledge because you are asked questions that require you to have some working if not fundamental knowledge or information about a spectrum of global issues. Take a question like, for example, "Which is the popular rock band between U2 and Tataraz?" (I'm just fabricating the question...)
Chances are if you're not into music, then it will be difficult to attempt it with confidence.
The luck part of it is that the questions in Gold Streak are reproduced from "Survey Responses" in To-Do-List Daily Actions, sampled on the basis of which responses were given by the majority of RESPONDENTS.
So it's not the actual correct answer that counts, but the answer from majority of respondents.

Florence, this is a difficult question to start with. Practically speaking, it's not wholly possible to mentor someone - in this case a new affiliate - without demanding too much. A person who enlists to SFI or any other business organization understands that business is an avenue of time-frames and deadlines. Take for example at joining...
As a sponsor you have to communicate to the new affiliate about the need to score 500VP within 24 hours for FASTTRACK. By that act you're in the act of demanding too much. Then as if that were not enough, you conscientise the PSA about E365 CHALLENGE and the need to beat THE GREEN LINE to stay IN CONTENTION. Then there is the question of RED TABS (DAILY ACTIONS) which demand about an hour of the affiliate. Then the LAUNCHPAD LESSONS, the CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION, WHITELISTING, UPLOADING OF PHOTO and COMPLETION OF PROFILE. You as sponsor also need to familiarize yourself with the newest developments such as FASTTRACK 2.0, et cetera.

To me, all this sounds demanding too much, and we need not feel apologetic about it because business in general is a demanding activity. That's why we are called entrepreneurs, meaning a class of people who are committed to devote a large chunk of their time, energy and resources for an activity that has the potential of generating profit.

Basically, I believe SFI, like any other business, is very demanding; and anyone who steps into it should be prepared to go the extra mile and shed off some of the habits that are generally time-wasting and unproductive.

Let me close by giving myself as an example. I have been going through the FORUM, thereafter came to ASK SC wherein I have rated 20 questions; after which I am now engaged with answering questions including yours. Thereafter I will be doing the DAILY ACTIONS, then visit the AFFILIATE MANAGER in the POWER TOOLS to view the progress and support needs of my TEAM MEMBERS (CSAs and PSAs). In the shebang I turned off the urge to watch a new DVD.

When I fuse off, I will not even have scraped the tip of the SFICEBERG. It's just too demanding because it's a lot of issues packaged together.

Off record, though, sponsors need to develop a tactful approach of motivating their downline to devour all these duties without feeling pressured or put off.

What are the best actions to focus on?


In my opinion, all SFI and Triple Clicks actions are important and should therefore all be given attention.
Perhaps the question should be which ones should be prioritized, and what planning needs to be done to ensure that all actions are done at any given interval?
Assuming that we are not talking very much here of GETTING STARTED actions because they are performed once during the time of joining, it is important to give priority to DAILY ACTIONS on the TO-DO-LIST.

So, on a daily basis one should do the DAILY TASKS. The reason for this is to keep on learning about SFI Business as well as earning daily VP which are forfeited once we skip them. DAILY TASKS look fewer, 12 (Red Tabs) to be exact, but they demand a lot of time because you need to go through the information. For example, the ALERTS Tab exposes Announcements, Daily News as well as Forum Discussions which need focus; and then the ASK SC Tab also needs a lot of time; and lastly the DAILY SURVEYS do not need a brush-over.

I also advice that as regular as possible GAMES should be indulged upon. These are PriceBenders Auctions, KO Trivia, EZ Gold Streak, Daily Crown, and many others. Winning in any of these brings a boost to your business in the form of TCredits, MRP or EZ Tokens.

The WEEKLY and MONTHLY TASKS have to be done on a regular basis, on separate dates to give time for other tasks that need daily attention.
What about mail? Mail has to be attended to on a daily basis also. Check mail every day, preferably at the beginning of everything else. Mail may be from your a2a friends, upline, your downline or SFI Corporate; and if not attended to you might miss out on important developments.

Communication is another crucial aspect. It works just as in mail; save that it is from you to various destinations of SFI.
Last but not least, the Business side of SFI also needs a lot of focus. This is covered in the TRIPLECLICKS section of the TO-DO-LIST, but it stretches further than that. On a daily basis we need to strive to figure out which TC Products to promote, to send ads to all media and other areas possible, and attending to all other methods of publicizing our business.

We also need to restrain ourselves from purchasing goods as usual, and train ourselves to buy TripleClicks. Because if we don’t do it ourselves, how can we expect the next person to buy from our store.
So, basically, all activities in SFI are important and all need to be focused on.

Thanks for the question. The basic important tool that SFI provide is "whitelisting" mail. It is your duty as sponsor or co-sponsor to make the affiliate aware of this by encouraging him or her to do so as part of the Getting Started Actions. This will ensure that all email messages you send to your team members go directly to their inbox and not to spam, etc.

Another problem is members who register false mail addresses. When you visit the Genealogy page and access your members, you will notice some addresses that appear green (email) and blue (team mail),, and some that appear blank. The blank ones show addresses that are unreliable, resulting in messages not reaching the members.
If you look closely, you will see immediately that members whose mail addresses are represented by blank or colourless envelopes have attained between 0 and 5 VP over a long period of time. I can't give a reason for that, but the first guess that comes to my mind is that such members are i) not eager to do SFI work because they might have joined out of excitement; or ii) they don't get correspondence because their mail info doesn't exist; or iii) most correspondence fall on wrong destinations because they have not whitelisted.

So, confirming whether a particular team member does not work along or show progress as a result of not receiving emails will be easier or difficult depending on the cause of not receiving them.

I think all games are unique, and each one has its own features that make it special to members. I prefer KO Trivia and Goldstreak because I love puzzles and mind-bogglers. Another person could prefer NFL Punt game because they are more into sport.Yet those who love auctions might be more attracted to Pick the Price. So no game is one-size-fits-all.
