The best way to motivate your EA's to become Team leaders: I have read all the answers and although I agree that you must be motivational and I agree that you cannot "manipulate" your downline, I also have a total different view about this.

Contrary to the common believe that you can start boosting your earnings by the total of PSA's you have....I believe differently. IT IS YOUR CSA's that start building a solid Team. Why do I say this? All your CSA's have their owns SPONSORS who will communicate with them and share assistance. Their direct Sponsors may have much more knowledge that you may have, yet, you earn from the profits coming from CSA's. This place money in your pocket to start buying PSA's.

Now as Team Leader, you get CSA's out of the EXECUTIVE POOL. (I received 62 CSA's in one month)! My business was standing dead still (as an EA), for the first couple of months, until I started to motivate my CSA's. I just dropped them friendly messages, and asked them their opinions and what their Sponsors think. I learned a lot during this exercise. Now, many months later, I have double the total of PSA's then CSA's, and still my CSA's in my Team are the higher income creators, and I have no problem to reach BTL rank every month.

This may sound strange, but if I knew what I know now, I would have ensured that I got to BTL during my first month when I started, and I would have had even more CSA's in my downline.

A lot of Affiliates may differ from me, but I can tell you this: The most successful PSA's in my downline, followed this route and became successful via the Executive Pool.....

My suggestion in motivating members of your downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EA would be -

1) Kindly remind them, they are building their own SFI affiliate business and that you are assisting until they are ready to branch off on their own.
2) Be encouraging and supportive of all their achievements, let them know everything they are learning and have accomplished is to help them become Leaders of their own teams.
3) Share positive words and thoughts about leadership. Let them know you have faith and believe in them. Give them the inspiration in wanting to become a Leader.
4) Let them know the rewards and benefits of being a Leader.
5) Stay positive

To encourage your downline to become Team Leaders you will need to point out the advantages of being a Team Leader, which include:

- VP Match down 6 - 12 levels in your downline
- Shares of 2nd Home CSA's delivered monthly.
- 12 - 20 free T-Credits Monthly, rather then 10.
- Express Affiliate Support from SFI/TC Support Team with Sumbitted Tickets/inquiries.

In order for your downline to become and maintain their team leadership, they must also be actively recruiting and maintaining their recruits. Its important to teach your downline the ability to recruit team members for this reason. Otherwise, with no team, there is no team leader.

For me there is allways way to motivate your affilates to give more from theirself.

The best way to motivate your down-lines to gun for team leadership position and not stay as EAs is to carefully provide them with a track to run on. This simply mean that you have to simplify and explain to them the easiest way to attain leadership position without much stress. Or better still, take time out to teach them what you do to become team leader and ask them to duplicate you. That is, carry them along as you go on your way to attaining team leadership.

Duplication is an important word in this business and you must be able to give your down-lines a simple track to work on each month until they become perfect in it and ask them to teach same to their down-lines as well.

You also have to explain the added benefits they stand to enjoy as a team leader and relate it to how it can easily enhance greater income in SFI.

SFI rules of Success no. 3 say "Lead by example". The best way to motivate downlines to become Team Leaders is to become a Team Leader yourself and show them how to do it . 1) Ask them why they had joined SFI Affiliate program. Preparing motivation policy using their thoughts will be more effective.

The best way to motivate your PSA are your achievements. First, you need to be TL. Then help your PSAs to build a strong and active teams. Contact with them every day and teach them to work with their downline. That is the proper way to position TL, through duplication.
Because if a team is strong and active will cause your PSA to the position of TL and increase your position.
Motivate them with Compensation Plan and Benefits Chart - TripleClicks Executive Pool, TCredits Bonus, a large number of assigned CSA, the ability to earn from their downline within 12 levels.
Point them to build a team and work with them, because this business requires quality not quantity.
With patience and work, without pressure, each active PSA will come to the position of TL when the time comes.

My opinion is that it is absolutely necessary to tell the truth to your affiliates from the beginning, that is to say that this business is a business with long-term goals and not make money without putting effort or while they are sleeping. Tell them that you must always do all actions daily, weekly and monthly rates as if it were a primary job or business who does this as one job. Try to make him understand that once registered they are the masters of their own company SFI, so like any other owner of the company should be the ones to pull the wagon in order to improve every day, recruit affiliates as if they were hiring workers like any other business not online that has job vacancies, which workers will switch to team leader, squad leader is to become foreman and once you have learned the job become major. Explain to them that E365, standing above the green line, it means to go to work every day and end of the day must give their account of their activity to their main then themselves. I am in SFI for 11 months and this activity take it as a second job, in my primary job but do not get the daily salary monthly but, to get my monthly salary I have to get up early in the morning and go on the job every single day . Planting a seed and take care of him all the days will grow
