The best way to motivate your EA's to become Team leaders: I have read all the answers and although I agree that you must be motivational and I agree that you cannot "manipulate" your downline, I also have a total different view about this.

Contrary to the common believe that you can start boosting your earnings by the total of PSA's you have....I believe differently. IT IS YOUR CSA's that start building a solid Team. Why do I say this? All your CSA's have their owns SPONSORS

Hi there,

My suggestion in motivating members of your downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EA would be -

1) Kindly remind them, they are building their own SFI affiliate business and that you are assisting until they are ready to branch off on their own.
2) Be encouraging and supportive of all their achievements, let them know everything they are learning and have accomplished is to help them become Leaders of their own teams.

To encourage your downline to become Team Leaders you will need to point out the advantages of being a Team Leader, which include:

- VP Match down 6 - 12 levels in your downline
- Shares of 2nd Home CSA's delivered monthly.
- 12 - 20 free T-Credits Monthly, rather then 10.
- Express Affiliate Support from SFI/TC Support Team with Sumbitted Tickets/inquiries.

For me there is allways way to motivate your affilates to give more from theirself.
Here's some of them which I think they are best.
"Let your goal allways be to be Team Leader,becouse if you are Team Leader you will earn more"
explaination : Most people like to hear word EARN, so let them be in their mind that they can earn more when they are team leader.

The best way to motivate your down-lines to gun for team leadership position and not stay as EAs is to carefully provide them with a track to run on. This simply mean that you have to simplify and explain to them the easiest way to attain leadership position without much stress. Or better still, take time out to teach them what you do to become team leader and ask them to duplicate you. That is, carry them along as you go on your way to attaining team leadership.

SFI rules of Success no. 3 say "Lead by example". The best way to motivate downlines to become Team Leaders is to become a Team Leader yourself and show them how to do it . We cannot ask or expect our downlines to become a Team Leader if we are not a Team Leader ourselves . Compete with your Team, if you are leading your Team be sure that you have the highest Team Leader ranking in your Team . By doing this, you will be the one on the Lead of your Team . Hello Richard, its a very good thought of you to be a perfect Team Leader. You can motivate them as follows:

1) Ask them why they had joined SFI Affiliate program. Preparing motivation policy using their thoughts will be more effective.

The best way to motivate your PSA are your achievements. First, you need to be TL. Then help your PSAs to build a strong and active teams. Contact with them every day and teach them to work with their downline. That is the proper way to position TL, through duplication.
Because if a team is strong and active will cause your PSA to the position of TL and increase your position.
