This is a interesting scenario because I find that most PSAs are hesitate to start a chat with you as they don't know you. But should you have a bold PSA, then discuss with them just a brief tidbit about yourself. The conversation should be mostly focused around them and not you. Ask them relevant questions like Why did you choose to join SFI? What are your expectations? Do you have prior marketing experience? What language are you verse in? What can I do to help you achieve your goals. What

On the beginning of work with your new PSA member you should:

1. Explain how are you, like I am your sponsor and etc., a person that can help the her/him to find out all that he need about the Company that he submit the application for. Also you should write and give detail explanation what SFI is expecting from him to do. Go through the getting started actions through his VP ledger to help him if he missed or didn’t understand what he should do

2. Link him/her the compensation

It can be easy to assume that when you initiate conversation with a PSA you should go straight in with full on discussion about SFI telling them what to do, perhaps looking upon them like they are an employee, this kind of response is likely to lead to ultimate failure in most instances.

With everyone you bring in to any affiliate program, where you make personal contact with them you will always get the best results from making the whole thing on a more personal level, don't look at a

Your answer should be like this-
Hi friend,
• It’s my honour you are in my team. We believe ‘Together Everyone Achieve More’.

• According to my experience about SFI and its business, you are in right platform at the right time. So go ahead and don’t look back.

I will welcome the new PSA first and get to know him/her.

Then I will introduce myself first and ask some questions with regards to the reasons in joining SFI.

Then discuss the goals he/she wants to achieve for the particular month. Then plan the actions that need to be done to achieve those goals.

Then I will ask if he/she has concerns in mind. And will let him/her know that I will be supporting him/her in in SFI.

I will show him/her also the things that

If its your PSA then it should be someone close to you, a friend, pal, colleague etc. Sso initiating a first chat shouldn`t be a problem.

* If you have gathered some basic tips about SFI share them with him/her.
* Tell them what SFI is about and how to earn.
* Direct them to read up info on the getting started BASIC and LAUNCHPAD to get themselves aware of what SFI is about and how it can benefit them.
* Tell them to do lots of reading and research about the business and

I think the first thing to do is to introduce yourself. A name goes a long way but a short version of your story goes even further. You can highlight either:

- the part of their story that could start the conversation: e.g. I see that you're from [location], my family is from there / I see that your first language is [language] and since I too speak it (spent a long time there), let me know if you'd rather we spoke [language] /
I do this with some of my PSA and it is great to put

It is very important to greet the PSA warmly and introduce yourself as his Sponsor who is always ready to answer whatever queries he or she has about SFI business. While introducing yourself it is necessary to enquire from the PSA about his interests and family and also whether he is in employment. If he has a job it is essential to convey to him that SFI business is where he is his own boss and that no one will dictate to him how he should act. He has to initially spend at least one or two hours

First, you congratulate and welcome him/her for being with SFI and in your team.

If he/she is responsive, you may ask her some personal questions like his/her job, family and the reason in joining SFI.

Then you may ask how he/she finds SFI. If there is anything that he/she needs help with or she may want some clarification regarding some aspects in SFI.

Then offer some tips on how to be more efficient and become successful in SFI business.

Then offer some

In initial online chat wish and greet him/her with a warm welcome for join SFI. Introduce yourself as Sponsor/Team Leader

You have already notified from SFI about the details from affiliate snapshot of your PSA. So avoid a lengthy chat to save time as SFI chat connection is not very frequent. A brief discussion about SFI through chat would be waste of time. If you want to discuss about SFI in brief it will be better to use PSA/CSA Mailer, Team Mail, Emails to save time
