How can I promote the New Member Pack (NMP) to boost and grow my SFI business?

Well my opinion is to put all the benefits that you receive with New Member Pack, first two month provided status so thay have only one worry which is to make good and strong team. And for the third month the have Launch pad and Intermediate actions. And it goes easy for them. Also straight away they receive TCredits 50 of them for auctions, games and etc.
So for remainding again, benefits are:
50 mighty TCredits
200 Member Rewards Points
10 Eager Zebra Express "tokens"
PLUS...A FREE BONUS: 30 free entries in the TripleClicks Daily Crown drawing

What Information should I give new affiliates in my first email to them?

Dear colleague,
For the beginning in you first email, you should give the getting started video so that they can perform their first and most important part for the beginning, after that you should share the video for daily and weekly tasks. Make sure to properly explain what for we use and when Launch Pad and Intermediate Actions, because on To Do list they have points for almost two months.
Next is T Time game so that they can play it a lot in the beginning when they still don`t have any T Credits.
You should represent yourself and what is your role in this business as their sponsor.
And the last thing your contact. Make sure you leave you email, Facebook profile, twitter, etc. so the new sign up can easily get in touch with you, so you can properly lead them.

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

On the beginning of work with your new PSA member you should:
1. Explain how are you, like I am your sponsor and etc., a person that can help the her/him to find out all that he need about the Company that he submit the application for. Also you should write and give detail explanation what SFI is expecting from him to do. Go through the getting started actions through his VP ledger to help him if he missed or didn’t understand what he should do
2. Link him/her the compensation plan of the company so that him/her can understand the type of work, legitimate of the company and etc.
3. Also explain the importance of doing the Fast Track in first 24-hours.
4. Next thing that you should do is assisting in his/her work all the time possible, whenever he needs it.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

This is a company where you can with a help of a strong team that you build in time, you get better for you.
So, the answer to these question is YES!
If you do only that you can earn much more money, because they are making a line deep up to 12 level, and the deeper you go, the better for you, you`ll earn more.
Encourage and help your team members us much as you can, and the result will come.
Lead them in the right direction straitgh away.
From the beginning you encourage them to start in that direction.

Advertise all the time, it is our job, we are paid for that.
Get new PSA, CSA affiliates.
Open your own ECA store.
Advertise Triple Clicks products.
Learn your PSA to become Time Leaders.Learn them how to do it. Be there for them.
Also send a team message to all of your downline members. Including CSA`s.
