Thank you for your thought provoking question !

As an active member of my team, I am constantly involved in the recruitment process and providing a welcome greeting to our newly registered members. As part of my role as their sponsor, I make it a point to greet the new members via the SFIM chat if they are available on line so I can establish good rapport and initiate a good working relationship at the outset. I would introduce myself as their new sponsor and explain to them my role.

The first thing you should do is introduce yourself and welcome your new PSA(s) to SFI. Next, you should ask them if they have any questions at this time that they would like to have answered.

Then you should do your best in answering any questions asked. Now, if there are questions that you don't know the answers to, let the affiliates know that you will find the answers and get back to them as soon as possible.

When chatting or communicating with new PSA(s) for the first

My very first line of discussion will be to congratulate the new PSA and welcome him or her into SFI family. There and then I will reassure him that he has made the right decision by taking a bold step to be part of SFI online business empire.

The second one is to introduce myself.

My name is ABC. I am your Sponsor and I have been in this business for a specified period of time. I need to support and guide you as much as I can hence one of the reasons am chatting with you

When you initiate a chat with a new PSA remember that since they are new, they 'do not know what they do not know'.

Most of the time we are tempted to ask what questions they have and are disappointed when they don't respond. They "do not know what they do not know" but feel they should be asking a question because you are asking them. If they feel bad or pressured, you run the risk of them ending the conversation even before it has begun.

Do Not start with "Do

Firstly, when the time I receive my new PSAs, I always check my Genealogy and click Quick Filters and choose for ‘New PSAs Today’, and than I click load my quick filter button.  I will send them Team Mail first as per welcome letter in case if they are not receiving or read my original welcome letter from SFI.

Directly send welcome later to all of them at one time and below is my simple welcome letter and sound like this;

“Dear my new PSAs (Personal Sponsor Affiliates),

I'm

When I initiate an online chat with a new PSA, I would normally welcome the PSA, introduce myself, my rank, the country I come from, and pause with a friendly, "How are you?" to give the new PSA a chance to acknowledge me and respond.

Then I wait for the response, normally it takes a while, but I sit and wait, and when the new PSA comes on online, the next thing I would say is ask if the PSA is comfortable with logging in.

Depending on the answer, I will then give

After introducing myself, the first thing I would do is ask the new PSA about himself and why he joined SFI. (Obviously, the new PSA could be female, but I'm using the male form for the sake of convenience.)

At this stage, it isn't about me, or about SFI. It's simply about getting to know the new PSA, and encouraging him to share his goals and dreams, and what he hopes to achieve with his online business. It's up to you to gauge the responses and judge where to go from there. The PSA

What I would discuss will largely depend on where the relationship is at.

If this is our first chat and the member is brand new to SFI (day 1) my priority will be
- to make the member feel welcome and
- to assure him that I am here for him and
- that I will totally support him in growing his business and
- to instill in the member confidence in me.

With these in mind, I will focus on developing an open a frank discussion with the member. I will tell him

If I were to initiate an online chat for the first time I would ask a lot of questions about:
- "Why are you interested in SFI?"
- "Will you be able to commit to spending an hour or more per day to build a strong business?"
- "Will you contact me by email if you get stuck with a problem?"

That will get the ball rolling. I would be ready to relate what I found when confronted with those issues. I would explain how my sponsor helped me.

Dear Friend,

First of all, we all should know and remember that SFI is a reputed business organization and it is truly necessary for us to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the system when we interact with others through chat.
Now, I will come to the point. A new PSA means he/she is a newbie into the system and they may not be aware of all the processes in the system. So when you see a concerned person online, you should greet with a customary Hi, Hello, How are you?, etc.
