To get them back just GO PERSONAL WITH EACH OF THEM. How?

1. Contact them through their hand phone number. If they were active before it means they
have full registration. With full registration, you can get their hand phone number.
2. Their email will also be available on full registration, keep sending encouraging
E-cards to them.
3. Most of the time they give up because they don't know what to do next, lead them.
a) Login everyday to do daily, weekly,

Hi Mary, You have certainly raised a very interesting question, which I am sure most of us would like to resolve !

To be frank, I am not totally sure either what we can do to stop it,
other than perhaps -
find a way to recruit new affiliates who join SFI for the 'right' reasons, and not just because they are 'curious', or enticed to do so!

(many new Affiliates I buy or have allocated to me never even bother to complete their profile - so immediately you can tell

We all face this situation more or less on our way towards financial success. By joining this program you've got to expect more or less in this case. Many affiliates sign up and abnadonnent thereafter.

The main reason is that they thought it is a program that achieves wealth quickly. Mary you have in your advertising campaigns this clear: SFI is not that kind of program. By communicating with your team as they evolve in this program you will make them understand that fact. You also need

There may be many reasons why someone, who were active before, becomes inactive at a later stage. It might be (And that is the biggest reason according to me), because with the Getting Started and Intermediate Actions and Launchpad Lessons it is too easy to get a lot VP in a short time, but when you done all of them you have nothing left for the next few months to get VP that easily. That is when PSA’s who don’t have the funds for a SO, falls out or get inactive.

To prevent this from

People have different reasons for dropping off your Movers list and becoming Inactive team members. About a year ago, after being an active member with SFI for a little over a year, I dropped out myself. My sponsor wasn't very active anyway so it didn't really matter to him.

My reason to leave, in retrospect, wasn't a good enough reason, but it seemed like it at the time. I felt like I wasn't getting enough return on my investment even by maintaining my EA level. I was losing money actually,

good evening,
First, do not worry! You're not the only one it happens. Even the most advanced in their SFI loose active people who drop suddenly for no apparent reason. This is where your leadership role plays!
Indeed, some situations beyond our control cause us to make frequent pauses in actions that we do; therefore, it is not extraordinary (it is even normal) that happens to us. We then have to meet the challenge. Through SFI we have all the tools to re-engage these people, listen to

I have to agree with most of the answers written on this topic. I have a similar experience:

- Many of which are active in the first few months, actually - two or three, they become inactive.

- If the only motivation - large and quick profit, they are at the wrong place.

- Reaction to the team emails - there is almost no reaction.

- Sometimes there is no response to the incentive rewarding, type Gift Certificate for W3.

In the beginning I was

That is a great question, one that I had been trying to solve.

I can tell you what I have started doing and I have gotten results.

It is time consuming, I wrote my own 'help' information.
Then I have copied and pasted it in e-cards individually and I have sent the information to all of my affiliates and co- affiliates.

I also added an incentive that for each affiliate or co-affiliate reached EA by the end of August that I would give them 5 T-Credits.
I had

Send out a msg to them and find out how are they doing. You can send out a psa mailer. You need to build a business relationship with your team. Some of them maybe struggling with their business and need help. That's where you come in. As a sponser, it is your job to make sure that they are keeping up with updates, doing daily check-ins and is earning their versa points. Make yourself available to answer any questions that they may have.

Your business team have to feel comfortable with

Can they afford to maintain EA? If not show them where they can earn within SFI.

This is a business and as such some investment is necessary even if it is only their time. Time is money 'so they say' so spending time building your business is a necessity.

Try to get your affiliates to interact with you by asking them questions. Ask things like why did they join SFI and what their expectations were. If they reply you could well be able to get them back with you by pointing out
