As one person registered in SFI, my primary role is to first know myself well system for program operation; then recruit at least five people I have to coach and sponsor; ie :

- Show the benefits that could lead anyone to join this program
- Serious and recognized structure (BBB certified)
- Free registration and two custom professional websites offered
- Earning a second extra income
- Purchase items at a lower cost
- And many other things
- Mastercard delivered too

- Following him daily in his first steps with SFI

- Exhorting and encourage him in difficult times trough challenges and obstacles wich will stand in front of him

- Congratulate him, when it reaches its monthly goals that will set

- Show him all the tricks that will enable it to grow its business also created from SFI

I must be more to him than a sponsor or mentor; I have to be a friend and a good leader.

First, do not worry! You're not the only one it happens. Even the most advanced in their SFI loose active people who drop suddenly for no apparent reason. This is where your leadership role plays!
Indeed, some situations beyond our control cause us to make frequent pauses in actions that we do; therefore, it is not extraordinary (it is even normal) that happens to us. We then have to meet the challenge. Through SFI we have all the tools to re-engage these people, listen to them, understand them, give them time and encourage them to resume their journey to success. It's not easy, but a large company or a large leadership is built in the sacrifice, persistence, availability and all with a good dose of faith.
SFI provides for such cases, team-mail addresses, gift cards, e-cards. You can also offer Tcredits, Mrp and others.

If you want to reach people with health problems, you are not going to offer them TVs or books on how to become rich!
First select your target and find yourself in the hundreds of thousands of products that abounds TripleClicks to find what works for them, through a search by filtering. Next, find the arguments that will lead them to make choices about your products.

This question is on the lips of new Executive Affiliates who recruited or received new affiliates.

The first thing is to stand as the first point of contact to that person and you are there to lead him in this wonderful adventure of creating a real business that makes money , if he is determined , patient, persistent and committed !

Second, show him the truth of the existence of SFI and its legality.

Then you have to tell him that the first day of registration is very important because it must obtain a number of points that will boost him for the rest of its activities and in his work he will have to perform daily.
