Great question!

Everybody's definition of success is different. It could be financial, could be status, it could be having more time for your family. Often it is about feeling secure.

The best way is to set goals: short-term, medium-term and long-term. Where do you see yourself in 6 months, 2 years, 5 years? Make a list of each type of goal.

Check in with yourself regularly and ask "Is what I am doing moving me towards or away from my goals?".

There are many ways to measure personal success here at SFI:

1. Badges:
From the day you join SFI you start to accumulate badges. The longer your list of badges the more successful you appear to your downline. This is also the only way others can gauge your success when they check out your profile. You can get a feel for how well you are doing from the day you start and see the badge list grow as you grow with SFI.

2: VP:
VersaPoints give you rank in the power Rank

Success to some is different than success to others.

I personally see success in the number of people I can help to do better in their business. It's why I am very active in the forums and always pack my team mail with training, and my stream post with solid business tips.

I am like that on every site I am on so I technically spend more time teaching than I do advertising but when you do that it's called marketing so my business wins anyhow.

I count success in the

Hello Temitope,

I assume you want to rate yourself about your performance or achievement in SFI. Everyone can rate oneself or measure own success in SFI.

First and foremost, are you FEELING you are successful? If you are FEELING successful you do not need to measure your success.

However for the sake of measuring there can be different aspects/ parameters you can measure or consider your performance.

.Your Power Rank(Class)- Does your class rank show you

Different people will measure success in different ways, but most of us are in SFI for one reason and one reason only: To earn an income, whether it be an additional income or a main income. So, we are here to make money and not to see how many badges, PSA’s, CSA’s, etc. we can get, although those are indicators of our progress towards success.

To measure our success we must start out by setting some short term and long term goals. Your long term goals are your ultimate goals you’re

There are so many ways by which we can measure our successes in SFI.

EARNINGS:
The primary reason we are in SFI is the opportunity for additional income. If we are reaching the goal we set in how much we should be earning at this point in time, I guess that is success. But earning more than what we have targeted is indeed SUCCESS!

LEARNINGS:
Upon registering in SFI, an affiliate will know that SFI is a LEARNING opportunity as well. Reading, learning and applying

I guess by the way people feel inside,..

If you are happy with what you do you are successful
If you feel proud of what you do you are successful
If you keep working even when things seems never to take off you are successful
If you meet new exiting people everyday you are sucessful
If you help people to understand what SFI is all about you also are successful

now here comes the "bombshell" :

If you even make a little or a lottle money

Hello Temitope,

In order to measure your success you need to know what success means to you.

When you first started SFI you were supposed to set realistic goals and each month after that you should have gone over them and refined them until you knew exactly what is was you wanted from SFI. You also should have defined where your business would be short term, mid-term and long term.

Some of the items to define would be how many PSAs you would have, how many sales

When you measure your success you must measure all aspects of your gains in SFI. I have an Excel file in which I keep track of my growth and graph that progress.

In my file I have 4 tabs:

Tab 1: PSAs
Tab 2: CSAs
Tab 3: PRMs
Tab 4: My Financial Growth.

In the first three I put the number of people who join each month. With CSAs and PRMs the number remains very consistent. But with PSAs my numbers should be bigger each month, because it reflects the work
