There are many ways to measure personal success here at SFI:

1. Badges:
From the day you join SFI you start to accumulate badges.The longer your list of badges the more successful you appear to your downline. This is also the only way others can gauge your success when they check out your profile. You can get a feel for how well you are doing from the day you start and see the badge list grow as you grow with SFI.

2: VP:
VersaPoints give you rank in the power Rank Leaderboards. You can gauge your success against the rest of the SFI community, all the members from your country as well as against those who joined the same day as you. The higher your VP the higher your rank and the more successful you are being. Remember that this rank will increase over time depending on your success!

3. Team Leader Status:
As you accumulate VP for the current month your team leader status increases, the higher your team leader status the more successful you are being at building and maintaining a team at SFI. Remember the team is the key to success here at SFI. You can also achieve very high Teamleader status in the first month but maintaining that status is what determines success here!

4. Commissions:
You can base your success on the amount of income you are earning, but remember it takes time to build an income at SFI so don't judge on commissions from the get go!I watch as the monthly amount increasing and determine success from there...if I earned $1 last month and $2 this month an improvement was made and that means I am moving towards success!

A business never retires, a business continues indefinitely...that is the mentality you need to have when focusing on SFI.

Retiring from SFI is not an option. Once you are in it you are in it for life :)

Once you retire from active employment you still need to spend time everyday completing your daily tasks and building your business just as you did in the past to ensure that your business continues to grow and your income continues to expand in your old age.

I find the best way to begin the month is to take a pad and pen and calculate how you are going to achieve your desired ranking for the month.

For action points take into account:
Your 11 daily VP
Your 38 weekly VP [loaded on a Sunday to multiply it by the number of Sundays in the month]
Your 15 monthly VP
If you have one your 100 SO VP

Then you can caluculate the number of points you are short to achieve your rank and determine how you are going to get them. You can also determine which days to do which extra activities to earn VP in order to maximimise your entries into the Daily Grand. I usually spend about an hour doing this.

I find planning my month ahead of time gives me the motivation to face the whole month and keeps my enthuiasm up especially when I see myself achieving even the smallest of goals for the month...staying on track.

Building your business is not an overnight process. Taking this into consideration I believe you have the time to discover this answer for yourself.

We can all list the benefits of an S Builder Co-op share, and if you can't you can learn all about them by clicking on the button on the left hand side of the screen nder your badges, but each upline co-op will have different features and different ideas.

Take the fact that we have affiliates here enrolling more than 1000 people a day, that is a huge number...now if he was your upline he has obviously found an untapped market place at the moment and is enrolling droves of people, your upline co-op could have an unsaturated spot where droves of people are coming into the business.

Taking the fact that a business is not built overnight, I believe you should give all the options a chance and try each one for 3 months, compare the results and decide which co-op benefits you the most.

Keep in mind that quality is always better than quantity here!

Winning the E365 Championship for your class could be split into 3 components.

1: First 30 days
2: Up to 180 days
3: The final stretch

First 30 days:
Complete all actionable tasks to ensure you stay above the green line and remain in the competition to round 6.

Up to 180 days:
Spend this time building your business. You want to get as many active PRM's PSA's and CSA's as possible. You want to make sure you get as high rank as possible to get the most matching VP, that means doing all available tasks. Remember the higher your rank the further downline you are earning!
You do not need to worry about keeping up to the top achiever in your class at this point becuase all VP is cleared after 180 days...this makes the 1st month disappear in month 7 and the 2nd in month 8 etc. Only the last 6 months VP count for the final E365 score. Rather spend this time growing your business to enure that you earn more VP in the last 6 months than the first 6 months.

The final Stretch:
Here you need to pick up the pace, make sure your downline is working well, make sure you are earning all available VP and since you are probably earning an income from your huge downline, use the income to boost VP if necessary with extra purchases, more auction bids etc. Slowly gain on your competitiors, increasing your place in the race on a monthly basis and ensure that in the final month you are at the top of the class.

Using Eager Zebra games to generate Tcredits, VP and MRP is how I have been funding my monthly EA purchases for a few months now so I am so glad you brought this up.

Here's how I use the games to boost my VP:

I initially purchased 125VP and have been using that ever since.

I enter the Time machine game everyday and a win will mean a huge injection of Tcredits and I get 5 MRP to boot.

I enter as many double MRP Trivia games as possible, and make sure to enter all my "free game" allotment everyday. I have been lucky and won and come runner up numerous times now so that is always a great Tcredit injection into my collection and I earn MRP at various times during the day from this. But I always take the bribe if offered. I spent 1 T-credit to enter and earn 4 extras even if I don't win...it happens most days :)

I also play the Gold Streak game and have come close to winning...so hoping it happens soon as a win will boost the balance again allowing me to enter even more game...haha.

The trick is to play the games and earn the MRP...take note which games you are good at in order to win Tcredits.

Remember each time to play a game you earn VP - I do all my daily tasks and earn alot of VP from entering games!

Then I keep tabs on my MRP and purchase single Tcredits for 126 MRP to earn 102VP with each purchase, I purchase to a maximum of 2000VP as that is all that can add to your EA status points in any case.

I keep the left over MRP for the next month as a booster to start the month!

So there you have it a way to buy a few Tcredits and keep them rolling over and keep your EA status so you don't lose you CSA's!

Don't forget to collect your free Tcredits from your status and Wave 3 to boost that balance and keep it rolling!

As the saying goes:
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime!"

You should be teaching and training your downline not doing it for them.

It is necessary and important to spend time training, teaching, explaining, encouraging, motivating and inspiring your downline, but the line must be drawn when you have to do it for them!

Your downline must prove they are interested and committed to their own success, you need to be the support group, the shoulder to lean on, not the vehicle they are using to get around in, or the bank they are using to finance their new venture.
