I have tried offering incentive in the past and found it didn't work out well. It gave me affiliates who we always looking for more hand-outs instead of doing the work themselves. For this reason, I have stopped giving incentives to join. Now I only give incentives to my top workers. I will reward hard work, not merely filling out a form.

To those who are working hard, the TripleClicks gifts cards are great. You can often win a bunch of them pretty cheap on the Pricebenders auctions. They can be a great motivation to get them to also check out what is available on TripleClicks. I have had several affiliates who have worked very hard going about the daily routine of clicking to earn VersaPoints without realising the true business with SFI, where the money is made, is in TripleClicks. Giving them a gift card encouraged them to check out the store, and got them into more purchases later.

Hi,
According to me, incentive are like a two edged sword which have both good and bad impact depends on the people’ way of thinking. Usually incentive give positive result but often it signs negative impact to treat like a bribe ,that’s why keep always in mind.
In this great business, you should give co-operative behavior as for incentive because here there are many member who are not satisfied to their Sponsor .In this way, you can set a better example. AS a co-operative sponsor you should help your affiliate always and give quick response with best answer as soon as possible.you should help them according to you possible resources and also to understand the feature and whole mechanism of SFI.

looking for good incentives? The $12 gift card is the best incentive you can ever find. You can buy a pack of 30 from the Tripleclick stores and distribute to your prospects.

Give a directions on how to redeem these for products at the tripleclick stores, then submit the card under your gift cards for tracking.

First of all I would say gift certificates. Just don't bankrupt yourself in the process.

Proving to them that it works by showing them your success.

It's free - great incentive

You learn valuable lessons for free - it's like doing an online course to improve your qualifications without paying for it.

Once they joined your team - BE AN AWESOME SPONSOR - support them by answering questions, giving tips, encourage them when they want to give up.

My first thought after reading this question was:

The $10 or $20 Gift certificate for fist time EA. More,if you can afford it.

Since you are already willing to invest, having a prospect encounter gain instead of expence at the beginning does a lot to keep them motivated.

If your member is from USA, you can treat them with TC Naturals or Advanced liquid nutrition.

A cheaper incentive would be T-shirts and hats. I think those would be better if you want to work with a larger number of young people.

Silver bars look like a very high-end item, they represent SFI in a very elegant way. You can use them to attract already succesfull business people.

There are also T-credits,but i would rather give them to fist-time EA2.

Any other products would require them to understand SFI fully to see their value,and you can't count on that yet.

The numbers are at side of SFI:
16 years on net, 130 countries with sign-ups everyday, 2.700.000 members of Tripleclicks from 203 countries, delivery in more than 160 countries, 90.000 products...
All that together in job of future-internet marketing. I think this is very incentive offer for prospects to encourage people to join SFI.
And besides all of that, but not less important, it can be a great fun working this job.

Well this is certainly very apt and timely and I would add that the following are in my opinion some great incentive offers that we can use to motivate and encourage people to join my SFI team :

Offer them a combination of say a ebook and TC Gift cards for them to try out and once they have achieved say fast Track bonus offer a TC Gift certificate or some T Credits to your PSAS .

I would just embark on the above methods.

In my opinion the best incentive to offer prospects has to to be the $12 gift certicate. I say this for two reasons. One is it has value and everyone likes value when it cost them nothing. The second reason is once they use the gift certificate it introduces them to the possibilities of SFI the business. It can reveal a little of the true value of SFI and its components. I hope this explanation is helpful to someone.

There is a few good incentives to offer, what i offer is Tcredits and PSA's, this way they grow and can enjoy some Tcredits doing auctions or games. Like any good team you need to show that you are invested in them and will help them along the way. Another good incentive is one not supplied by you, express how gaining a Team Leader position each month benifits them greatly, average CSA's each month per share is $100 and you get this all just for growing your business!
