Do NOT give up. This is the GOLDEN rule. You should continue to do what you did until now and add some more actions of the ones you have not done yet. It is very important to make an analysis and see what did not worked well enough and why. Correct what you can and accelerate your all new and old initiatives.
CHANGE YOUR STRATEGY.. If you see that your strategy does not have results for a month or less try another one. Try two different at the same time. Use your imagination. I tried one that one was with no success i changed that one, this one works but i fill it with new ideas every day and every day is better and better and i am here for two months. Consult with other people for help, contact your uplines, take a look at some advices.

As you belief ,SFI takes time to flourish and became successful business in a couple of years .Then ,you should also believe takes time as well as all efforts should be in right path, with discipline ,limitations and proper following of rules.
Understand, I am not saying you are on wrong path, I am saying you should do the works which SFI wants from you, not do less or more. Only time spending is not guarantee of success. And, in a few cases, it takes more time then you should take patience and try new approach of thinking, it definitely works.

Build a plan discuss with your team lead and put it into execution as per his suggestions. Discussion with your team lead is important as he or she know what may work and what may not work. So you will be saving your precious time by not doing the activities which are not going to produce any results for you.
You must first make a list of all the things you have been doing which were not successful and then share the list with your sponsor. If your sponsor can not help you then you should request help from an A2A friend.
If that does not help then you need to place a comment in the Forum. But first check to make sure there are not already some answers to your question already in the Forum.
Encourage your PSA's to reach the 1500 VP every month. Don't send them extremely long emails, just keep it short and sweet and explain to them to the how profitable SFI can be to them.
Don't treat your PSA's like "workers" but rather treat them as you would treat your friends and family. Help them step for step if necessary.

I think there is something wrong it's not possible in SFI that you are one year with it and you did not get any success it's quite unbelievable sorry to say that.
You might missing some thing or not working according to roles.
Well try to invest some money after all it's your business buy a standing order. Make a team how work same like you because with out team success is not possible at least 5 member you make how work hard. I think it's not difficult, keep on watching them along your self. Do all the daily work and some advertisement too.
Read all the Launchpad lessons one by one and other stuff too.It will help you lot to grow your business.

You must do more than doing your daily tasks and aiming for easy profit, you must attract new csa's psa's and eca's... The easiest way is promotion thru website or blog ! Share it with your friends, colliegues, etc.
Some of them will eventually ask you about all this, but you must provide them good and motivating answers to getr them by your side.
