What should I be doing besides the daily actions on my To Do List to build a thriving SFI business?

To build a successful business, in addition to-do list needs to work on building a team. Because that brings profits when we least at BTL status. Also you can participate in auctions or in Trivia games where you can win TCredite after which you can use to purchase products.
TO-DO list serves only to remind us of our daily duties. It makes virtually no profit. It is a sort of reminder to all of what we do or what we should do in the SFI business.
How do you maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader?

When you EA2 then earn only from their work, and when you become BTL then realizes profits from all downline members who have achieved the status of EA2 or later, all six generations below. Also required for BTL and sales VP and they can realize by selling items on Tripleclicks or even safer option is taking SO, of whom get 1500VP sales and 100VP action. My recommendation would be SO worth it only when you have 4 or more PSA with EA2.
I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

In this business, it is quite normal for people to work for a specified period and then leave this job. The reason is probably what most people think it is over the internet can make money overnight, when they realize that, as in real life to make money and need to do it, then give up.
In this work are essential "stars", ie people who work. It is quite normal that one hundred affiliated only five works!
One should never give up, because maybe we will just make the next PSA strong team from whom we earn!

How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

As in any business, and in general any situation, positive people and positive actions pull us forward and give us strength. How would you like to sponsor you to be gloomy and negative personality, would you encourage it to do?

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?
