2: Be sure your PSAs and CSAs be minimum EA2 or above
3: Matching points your downline to 6 level including CSAs must be EA2 or higer

I love being a Bronze Team Leader. I ensure that every month I am a Bronze Team Leader for two reasons - the first reason is that I really love taking part of the TC pool. Receiving shares of the pool ensures that every month, I am able to financially be compensated for the other affiliates in my organization that are working too.

The other benefit of being a BTL is that every month I receive FREE CSA's.

When you EA2 then earn only from their work, and when you become BTL then realizes profits from all downline members who have achieved the status of EA2 or later, all six generations below. Also required for BTL and sales VP and they can realize by selling items on Tripleclicks or even safer option is taking SO, of whom get 1500VP sales and 100VP action. My recommendation would be SO worth it only when you have 4 or more PSA with EA2.

BTL position deserved work and proves the integrity and quality of SFI Corporation. Holders of BTL position will have smaller number of rejections, we know as "NOT", "NEIN", "NONE", "NO", "NE", "NON"...

Good question!
My advice is to have a good team at first. A team that will work hard and work every day. After you build it, than the best way to make money out of it is to set up a Standing Order!
Why Standing Order? Well, everything you earn from your team won't be enough until you are Team Leader.

Investing in this job is most important thing because this is your own business and success depends of how much you're willing to invest.
