I regularly see people asking on the forums about how to become a team leader, how to maintain their team leader status, etc, and I always think they are missing the point of the team leader ranks.

The benefit of being a Bronze Team Leader is being able to earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool based on the efforts of some of your team members. From that statement, it's easy to deduce the way to maximise the benefits of being a BTL, or any other team leader, is to have a team.

To maximise the benefits, simply follow the system in SFI Basics. Be active in SFI and TripleClicks, introduce people to the SFI business, and encourage your new PSAs to do the same.

There is a simple answer to this. In order to maximize the benefits of any team leader rank, not just BTL, you must be a leader by nature or know what it entails to become one. If you do not know what it takes to be a successful team leader then you will never maximize the benefits of being one. Long story short, don't become a team leader if you don't know what that responsibility entails.

The flip side is if you do know the qualities of good team leader and you possess them, you will like maximize the benefits by nature naturally as that is what a true leader does.

Some of the qualities of great team leader that will succeed in SFI are:

Good communicator
Know how to build a team
Know how to empower your team
Good motivator
Great trainer
Good at marketing and advertising

There are many more. You have to be well rounderd to succeed at a team leader position.

As a bronze team leader, to maximize your benefits at that level of leader, your focus is to train your affiliates to become EA2, helping them to understand TripleClicks and why purchasing products is very important and explain to them why playing trivia and bidding auctions needs to be an integral part of their growth plan.

Why?

The biggest benefit of any SFI TL position over EA is yo get a share of the executive pool in TripleClicks. You want as many VP as you can get as you will get matching shares of your VP and paid on your downline share of EA2 with VP. This is how you maximize the benefits of being a team leader. Enroll affiliates train them to become EA status, help them retain that status to achieve Ea2, then train them to do the same.

That is how you maximize your benefits of being a team leader in SFI.

There are many benefits of being a BTL but to my mind the main ones really are the fact that your receive:

12 TC;
2 CSA minimum on achieving EA;
1 share of Second Home CSAs;
Matching VPs to level 6

These benefits / rewards can all contribute towards the well being of your business.

To maximize these benefits, I would recommend that:

- you use the TC for bidding for PSA/CSA/ and other such products that would help grow your business, downloading songs etc.. rather then using them to purchase luxury items

- the CSAs you receiving for achieving EA are normally new to SFI. Treat them as brand new PSAs. Sponsor them well and get them to duplicate.

- the second home CSAs are a mixed bag. You can get some active and successful ones and you can also get some who have been neglected, are struggling or are long standing inactives, just about to be kicked out of SFI. Welcome them to your team and quickly identify the actives and the non actives. Stay in constant contact with the active ones and helping them in any way you can. Regarding the inactive ones, stay in constant contact, working with them, gaining their confidence by assuring them that you are there to help the succeed because you also want to succeed. Be open with them and get them to login to SFI.

Just encourage all your PSA's and CSA's to get 1500 VP every month. Take them figuratively by the hand. Analyze their VP Ledgers and tell them what they have to do to get to EA or EA2. They can't get to EA2 before they become EA, so you need as many getting to EA each month as possible so that you have something to work with the following month.

You can offer incentives to all who upgrade their rank. Try to get as many as possible to commit to a Standing Order of 1500 VP. I reassign PSA's to those who buy 125 TCredits or more. But you can't do that with CSA's. You can offer them TCredits. Just get your team active any way you can.

If they won't commit to an SO of 1500 VP, there is very little you can do for them as they will run out of ways to get to EA2 in their second or third month.

Find out from those who can't take that step of buying their 1500 Sales VP. whether there is any craft like items from their country that would sell well in Western countries and encourage them to sell these artifacts through TripleClicks to get their VP up to the level needed.

Finally, don't ignore your CSA's. Their matching volume can be very rewarding.

I am seeing a lot of answers listing the benefits of becoming a Bronze team leader, but not many answers on how to maximize the benefits. To maximize the benfits I would recommend the following:

1. You receive one share of CSA's. To maximize the benefit of having these CSA's I would recommend making sure you communicate with them at least weekly to see if they have any questions or if there is something you can help them with. You don't become successful unless they too become successful.

2. With the 12 free T Credits - I use them for TripleClick auctions to try an win additional PSa's and/or CSA's. I also use it to bid on other auctions for items that I can resell for a profit.

3. Matching Versa points - With the matching Versa Points you earn additional money, which I invest back into the business by helping pay for my next month's standing order. I now make enough each month to cover my standing order and still have a profit left over. By business is pretty much self sustaining now, because I have no additional out of pocket costs.

Those are my top 3 suggestions to MAXIMIZE your Bronze Team Leader benefits. Keep working at it and you WILL build your business!

The two most important things you will need to have in order to maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader are:

1. you must maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating from your PSAs. This only
applies if you have a minimum of 5 ratings. The best ways to assure that you get the best rating possible is to be that Awesome Sponsor. First you must set the bar followed by leading your PSAs and CSAs by example. Be accessible to answer questions. Provide full support to include training, rewards for achieving specific milestones, tips and encouragement.

2. you must have a well maintained Leadership Page. Offer your best tip. Provide valuable content and updates on a regular basis. Become familiar with each tab and fulfill to complete each one. It is vitally important that you visit your LP on the 1st, 11th and the 21st of each month to click the buttons to confirm your LP is up to date. This would be a good time to provide valuable content. Keep a log to confirm that you completed the action. I do this from my Protopage Home Pages Desktop Calendar Wiget. If you fail to maintain your LP you will forfeit your CSAs that would have been due to arrive mid month and a portion of your Commission Income.
