I can answer to You with a question. How did Your Sponsor made You understand the potential of SFI?

Do the same, explain to Your Affiliates, or Affiliates-to-be:) the way Your Sponsor explained to You. That will lead You to the duplication. Teach them what You have learned. And make an example from Yourself to them. First DO, than explain how and why.

I think it is not up to you to determine this. The one who wants to find out about SFI and TripleClicks will ask you for sure the things which are missing in his/her knowledges. Then, what you will have to do is to offer them the correct and complete explanations in time. That's all. You are a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, not an opinion influencer who has to carry a persuation work.

This can be done by encouraging them to patiently read and understand the launchpad lessons and sfi basics.then as regards tripleclicks, tell them to read up marketing techniques and other tripliclicks information.also tell them to read up information about tripleclick in the launchpad lesson.this of course will be of good help to them.

the best way to explain something is through the example.
People can understand the potential of SFI through the theory which has been written in description of SFI job, nothing is hidden, everybody can find it, but when you connect that with a vivid example, somebody's experience than it's different. Especially if that's your own experience, people will trust you even more, and be convinced in the potential of SFI and TripleClicks so easily.
Ofcourse if they are worth your effort.
With some other dubious people it's impossible.

His team can help you understand the SFI and Tripleclicks shalt send them to the Launchpad lessons to read through them all sorts of things can be learned. I explain to them the importance of SFI and Triplaclicksa some blog or anyone personally. If your members and your Team Leader should specifically instruct them on it unless you want it is not worth anything to do

To go ahead you need to explain your team what is in store for them in SFI and Tripleclicks.You may put forward some of the mentioned below.

a) Team building and generating PSA adds to their income since 45% of CV of the PSAs could be their gain.
b) Earning from PRMs can be harvested as they provide 45% of the CV and VP and hence they can contribute dearly to your growth.
c) To grow further try to find something that you can sell on tripleclicks, you will be expanding your business and earning more.
d) Each CSA with EA or Higher status increases your earnings, so you need to focus on each CSA.
e) Encourage and motivate your PSAs to Attain EA status each month, you will be ggetting 10% of their CV.

First of all I would say that leading by example, then you have to know or discover the motivation level your downline have. Of course this is possible through permanent communication and feedback.

To show the potential of our business to other people I think the best way is showing them how well is working for us. Nothing more impressive that good results.

Being a good leader and making people knows we are ready to help is another way to make them feel sure the team is working.

Anybody who read and learn consciously the launchpads and the SFI basics will realize we are at the best place to earn money.
