There is no other business in the net like SFI and TripleClicks. Although it takes time to build a team from the free facilities in the net, our team mates including ourselves can be successful only if we work hard and never stop learning how the system would work for us.

Everything is actually free. We did start from nothing and there is nothing to fear at all. We only have to read, review, understand, carefully follow instructions to start earning while learning and mentor those we have personally sponsored.

There is no purchase requirement ever. However, it would be wise to sell out items of Tripleclicks to earn the VPs attachment on the item to accumulate VPs to become an Executive Affiliate every month.

I do not understand why some got some fear making purchases from TripleClicks. Maybe they have not understood that they as affiliate of SFI are co-owners of Tripleclicks since we get a share of the Executive Pool ones we qualify ourselves as Executive Affiliates. The more VPs we earn the greater share we have from the Executive Pool of Tripleclicks.

If you are relatively new to SFI you may have a slight problem because you will be unable to use your own experiences to prove the SFI potential to your team. You will have to look at your upline and use them as an example of what you can do in SFI and TripleClicks.

You have of course all the figures available for the length of time SFI has been in business, the number of affiliates it has and the number of items available in TripleClicks.

Make sure your team understand that these figures are as high as they are because SFI works. Point out all that you can to your affiliates in regards to potential income and the methods of getting an income with SFI.

Show your team the compensation chart and let them see all the possibilities there are for them. Also explain that how well they do with SFI will be down to their efforts in both selling and recruiting, also let them all know of all the training facilities that are available to them.

Explain how you as their sponsor will be watching and helping with their progress. The better they do the better you do.

There are several layers to this question:

1) Has your team gone through the basics of the Launchpad lessons and other elements of Getting Started? If they have actively participated, they should understand, at some level, the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.

2) Have you talked to them, individually and in their own languages, about their personal goals, interests, and motivations, and have you used these as examples regarding how SFI and TC can enhance their lives? If so, this should definitely help motivate them and again, help them understand.

3) Have you provided incentive enough to get them to be active? If so, a lot of the benefits are self-evident.

On the other hand, if the question is: "How do I get my inactive affiliates to start moving forward?" The question is more one of whether or not they're even listening. One of the hard truths of internet affiliate sign-ups is that many of them are signing up for programs based on paid incentives and don't really go further than that. The trick to building a downline, from my point of view, is to be direct and interactive from the get-go. If you can build and maintain lines of communication *before* recruiting them, all three of the above items are easy.

A powerful way to get my team understand the potential of SFI and Tripleclicks is to help each affiliate think and make better decision on a long term goal by using GOSPA (goals, objectives, strategies, plans, and activities) method of strategic analysis and critical thinking.
These long term goals are long-term targets and desired outcomes. I will show my team how to set long term goals since SFI is a long term business and this translates to how much money each affiliates want to earn in the coming year.
You can start by taking your highest gross income year and increasing it by 25% to 50%. If the most that you have ever earned in one year is $50,000 , then set goal to earn $62,000 over the next 12 months. If you're more ambitious, you can set a goal to earn $75,000 over the next year. Once you've determine your annual income and sales goals in SFI and tripleclicks, the next is to break them down by months, weeks and day.
If annual income is $60,000 then monthly income goal is $5,000. You work 52 weeks per year. This means you want to earn $1,200 each week and $240 per day, 5days a week for example.

The Final exercise is to determine desired hourly rate. How much do you want or need to earn each hour, in order to earn your daily income goal, weekly and annual goal. If your annual goal is $60,000, you divide this number by 2000 hours (250days × 8hours) to determine hourly rate of $30.
In conclusion, from this day forward the affiate in the team must refuse to do anything during the day that does not pay him or her $30 per hour or more if the initial goal was an annual income of $60,000.

I think I have to tell you this subject at your earlier stage in SFI, because actually everybody wants to confirm what is the financial vision SFI can give him/her, and how to make it, in simple answers.

So, I would tell you that if you really want to succeed through SFI, in a form of fast track, just try to become and maintain BTL as a primary target in 3~6 months after your joining SFI, because you will get quite more substantial benefits comparinig with EA(Executive Affiliate), which are as follow:

(1) Second Home CSAs 1 Share: 40~60 CSAs each month you achieved BTL (for EA, only 2 CSAs to be given), 2 Shares for STL 80~120 CSAs
(2) Matching VP(VersaPoints) to BTL~PTL: nothing for EA and EA2

Frankly speaking, Matching VP benefits to be converted into US$ as a part of Executive Pool sharing and given to us each and every month in a form of monthly commission is the most motivating financial reason for me why I do SFI business each and every day with undying passion and unyielding attitude, in my financial vision in 3~5 years, which unfortunitely many people don't even know how it really works for them and their family, in the future as time goes by, in duplication process down to 12th generation of your downlines, which SFI compensates.

As I could not fully understand this subject, you would not so much understand it's mechanism until you get to the level of BTL, because of seeing is believing factor. These are manifested in COMPENSATION PLAN(https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan) and BENEFITS CHART(https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart), but if we encounter the terminologies and numbers in SCOREBOARD and GENEALOGY REPORT, something's still confusing, so let me tell you:

To get the benefits of Matching VP,

(1) You must become BTL(Bronze Team Leader) as your minimum status, then

(2) All VersaPoints of your downline PSAs down to 12th generation who achieved above "EA2 status" will be sum up and converted into US$ and be given to you next month. Current conversion ratio is about VP 2,300 = US$ 1.00

(3) All VersaPoints of your CSAs who achieved above "EA2 status" will be sum up as well and converted into US$ and be given to you next month. Current conversion ratio is same.

(4) This benefit is only given to BTL~PTL(excluding EA2), and sum up is made only from the affiliates above EA2 who are really active and successful in SFI. This is the reason why you need to become an awesome sponsor.

(5) You can confirm this from your genealogy and scoreboard pages.

(6) Average 1 US$ per person above EA2, for your easy caculation.

(7) Eligible matching VP is shown to you at your SCOREBOARD on the basis of your previous month's status, if you achieved BTL last month. So, it's nearly your current assets on the assumption that you maintain BTL this month too.

(8) Ineligible matching VP is your potential assets because they have not yet reached the level of EA2, which is determined by each month's position as of the end of every month. This is why you need to be an awesome sponsor and great team leader each and every month.

(9) Please note that every affiliate in SFI from AFF to PTL starts each month from the scratch, i.e. from AFF on a zero VersaPoint basis, in which there is no exception and no discrimination, that's I think why SFI is so fair and reasonable to every affiliate. So, the validation is to be made each and every month. A new month is coming every month, with different vision, strategy and tactics on how to maintain my BTL status this month etc., which is a challenging fun to everybody! However, sometimes painful agony, frankly speaking in my experience.


Going back to our vision, just imagine the numbers of duplications down to 12th generation, if everybody duplicates just a handful number of PSAs 3 affiliates, in each generation, then

Your financial vision is actually unlimited, because your horizontal has no limit!

If I made EA last month, and I've already re-qualified with 1500 VP this month, I am an EA2.
