The first way to get their attention will be to contact them and offer them help and guidance. Send them an E-card with a message attached.
Honestly, it will be difficult to get them active again, reason been the sponsor/co-sponsor they were initially assigned to let them down and left them to figure things out for themselves without any assistance. Therefore loosing interest in SFI.
So now it's up to you to re-assure them that this is a great business opportunity for them and that it does work. Tell them and show them how you have been succeeding and that you can 100% guarantee that you will be there for them and that you will help/guide them. Build a relationship of friendship/trust between you and them, very important to remember is that you have to be there for them, do not break that friendship/trust bond otherwise they will definitely not be interested again.
So once a week a team mail and E-card offering them help/assistance and latest news/updates.
Once you have done that it will be up to them if they going to give it another go or not.

In my opinion, the best way to gain attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again is push yourself first to your maximum potential in earning sizeable income from running the SFI business.

Only after you can prove to yourself that SFI can gives you a regular income, then you can confidently ask your Second Home CSAs to become active and duplicate yourself.

My initial response, to your question, is to send a positive upbeat
Email notification of your arrival as their new Co-Sponsor.
Your positive attitude and energetic message will be transparent
and will start your initial communication in a positive light.

With that in mind, you must now take into consideration;
You will have three types of Second Home CSAs.
Never Active, Previously Active-Now Inactive and Currently Active.

For the Currently Active CSAs it is best to immediately notify them you are their new Co-Sponsor.
Let them know you are an hands on Co-Sponsor and you are there to assist and support them.
Advise them of any contests running for your CSAs.
Offer suggestions, advise, tips based on their activity.
Ask for their input in what they would like from you as a Co-Sponsor.

For the Previously Active-Now Inactive, again immediate notification is recommended.
Ask questions regarding their progress in SFI and why they are no longer active.
If you can solicit a response, you may be able to respond with actionable positive solutions.
Offer an incentive for them to continue and reach a defined progress level.
( Reward for EA status, 1st time or EA2, for example)
State your intention to be a supportive Co-Sponsor and willing to assist at any time.

For the Never Active, a warm welcome and change of Co-Sponsor message, again
with positive feed on SFI and your willingness to be a supportive Team Leader.
I recommend sending a bi-monthly message to all inactive CSAs.
This message should include all your current contests, promotional ideas and the
latest updates within SFI and TripelClicks you feel will be most appealing.

Consistent, not constant, communication with all of your PSAs and CSAs, is what is
most important to building trust in your downline and their confidence in you.

To get the attention of my new CSA"s,I send each a e-card expressing that I am their new co-sponsor and that I am willing to work with them.

I look at those that made it to EA once.Then I look at their v.p. ledger and see what they need to do next.

The lookers and inactive,I just send a CSA group mailing.

Above all, do not give up on anyone.Two of my best workers are CSA's.

CSAs are mostly inactive and need to be pushed by sponsor or co-sponsor!
Remember, find some other way to contact them because obviously they're not here any more and don't read messages from SFI inbox. Send them messages on email or better on Facebook if you have their profile and send those few times a week (not just once a week when you need Versa points), and show them new exciting stuff going on on SFI. Show them your salary so they can see it is real, true, and safe!
You can also contact their sponsor and ask if there something you can do about them together, so you can bring them back to this awesome job.

This question assumes that second home CSAs are inactive. That is not necessarily so. It is their previous co-sponsors who became inactive and lost them. Anyone who does not maintain his EA status loses any CSAs he may have had, so these people then become 2nd home CSAs. I have just recently got a new co-sponsor and it is great to have a co-sponsor who is active and stays in touch with me, but I was not inactive.

The best way to gain the attention of your second home CSAs is to contact them as soon as you get them and let them know that you are their new co-sponsor and welcome them to your team and make offers of help etc. They may not need your help at all. You may be lucky enough to get someone who is already a team leader. That doesn’t matter; you need to open the lines of communication with them and be friendly and helpful.

Post regularly and often in Stream. Your CSAs get your stream posts, and there‘s nothing worse than seeing old posts there for weeks on end, as was the case with my old co-sponsor. His old posts would clog up my Stream page and frustrate me; so don’t do that. Write often and share something useful and encouraging that your CSAs and PSAs will want to read.

Send weekly team mails to your CSAs as well as your PSAs. This will keep communication open and get the attention of your second home CSAs.

If they are inactive, send them an ecard which will be delivered to their email. Introduce yourself and share your passion for SFI and offer to help them make a success of their SFI business. Also share any competitions you may have going, let them know of any training material you may have produced and guide them to your leadership page.

Treat an inactive second home CSA just as you would any new PSA. After all they are part of your team, too, and their success will contribute to your own.

Its very difficult to get activate inactive CSAs.
Its all depends on them only.This is what not in our hand.
We cant force anyone to do SFI forcefully.
But still you can follow give steps to get active.
You can try the steps, which are 100% successful.
Points are :
1. Send then latest happening news in SFI/TC.
2. Talk about your or affiliates win in auctions at very low price.
3. Send them mail for every T-Time win or Time machine or PTP win mail.
4. Update each new things in SFI.
5. Send them the screenshot of your payout.
6. Send them the screeshots of your team members payouts.
7. Apart from that teach them the importance of SFI every week or day.
8. Sometimes its better to use E-cards.
9. Always love them, don't use rude behaviour.

Hello friend,

I would recommend focus all your time and positive energy to your PSAs than your CSAs.
The reason i believe this is because you have more benefits from having your PSAs working
instead of your CSAs. I consider CSAs an extra ''benefit'' which just adds to your account
with SBuilder and achieving your leader rank each month but not something to worry about contacting.

First I would like to look at the last part of your question and that is how to get the CSA's active again. You are making the assumption that they were at one time active.It is possible even probable in a lot of cases that they signed up and either scored a few VersaPoints during that time or even signed out without ever doing anything on the site.

One of the first things you need to do is to check which ones have every been active apart from those active only on their first day. You will see this information in your genealogy report. You are not going to ignore these CSA's but they do need handling differently from those that were or in some cases still are active.

For those that were active you need to try and find out why they are no longer active and then give them the encouragement they need to become active again. Finding out why they stopped being active gives you a good opportunity to tell them where they can improve on thewir reasons for leaving and entice them back into the fold.

With those that have never been active you may have a harder job. It is quite possible that they signed up for SFI through a paid action site which means they only signed up because they were getting paid to do so. A lot of these will not even acknowledge your emails but you need to point out to them the opportunity they are missing.
