I will just tell you what I did and you can judge for yourself.

When I received the Second Home CSA message from SFI, I log in and checked out my Genealogy. I look to see which of the CSAs have been active before but have stayed away for some time. I take note of them.

Then I write a Team Message to them. I introduce myself. Explain that I am his or her new Co-Sponsor. Explain that his/her old co-sponsor for whatever reason has dropped out and SFI being a great programme has replaced the old co-sponsor with me so that he/she will always have a reference point for help.

Then I explain about SFI as a refresher. Ensure them SFI is legit. Ensure them that from now on, being a part of my team, we will help each other to succeed.

Then I give them my email, and my Leadership page. If you have a blog, you should send them there too. Always have a place where your team can refer to if they want personal stories of your SFI experiences.

I already have one contacting me back asking me to explain about SFI to him. I answered him immediately, on the same day if you can.

My take, everyone is different, so try to come across as you understanding that difference. Too busy with family, no problem, slow and steady can still win the race. Already been burnt by other programmes, agreed, me too, but comparing SFI with the others, this is legit.

You may need several emails before that one email can touch your CSAs heart and make them willing to try again. Be understanding.

The best way is through communication. Obviously, you can't do this through sending messages through the internal SFI messaging system. If they are not active, then they are not logging in and thereby will never see your message. However, if they provided their valid email address to SFI when they signed up, then you can email them directly.

When contacting them via email, it is important that you identify yourself and have a "This is not spam" disclaimer in your email, indicating that they are receiving the email due to your having been granted the privilege of being their new co-sponsor.

Show interest in them. Find out about their lives, their family, their goals, their desires.

If they provide a positive response, focus on those responses so that you are able to custom taylor your responses back to them. Encourage them and let them know you are there for them, to help and guide them along their way.

However, if they request to not be contacted again, then you must respect that as well.

Hello,

The task of getting the Second Home CSAs to be active and performing again, my dear friend is a tough one. They either had enrolled without lot of information, or they would have been devoid of important guidance in the beginning. Plus there might have been other reasons too. Let us jot down a few important reasons after which the methods of reviving them can be looked into.

1) Enrolment done just for sake of filling up forms
2) Joined and then were unable to search beyond for information.
3) Sponsor unable to guide them, Co-sponsor help did not reach him either.
4) Were they really looking for a very fast income source, as the case most often is.
5) Were they lured by somebody with false promises.
6) In many cases the sponsor himself gives up and fails to deliver.

Now lets look into what all can be done to revive them to be performing again.
1)Look into the profile to have some idea about the whereabouts of the person and you may eventually know the reason for the same.
2)Make them feel wanted by sending news, information etc to him.
3) Show them your earnings, convey your wins, links for quizzes for attracting attention.
4)Share them the earnings of a few team members and convince them by talking to them.
5)Tell them that they can learn a lot and still earn.
6)Help them build confidence in you by talking to the personally,one to one.
7)Do suggest them that they will never lose with SFI, hey will lose only if they quit.
8)Convince them that they also can be team leaders with hard work and make money.
9) Treat them as if they have joined the team recently and convince them that they are here to succeed.

I hope the above methods would not only help in getting the CSAs back, but in turn will help in team building too.

I would ask them if they want to become successful in life. Not only with affiliate marketing but just in general. I would ask them what made them join SFI in the first place and let them know that SFI is still there for them. I imagined they signed up for a reason so I would also ask why they stopped and provide solutions to those answers.

There are a whole host of resources and motivational things that your able to relay to them. My personal favorite is Gift Certificates. If you build up a rapport with second home CSAs and they are just struggling to jump back in and get started again, then a Gift certificate is a great way to get started.

If while discussing with your affiliate that they are struggling to get leads then maybe a gift certificate for PSAs will get them motivated. Not to mention you receive back 45% and those potential other affiliates could end up being gems as well..growing your business even further just for helping out.

The main thing I think is just building that rapport through email and IM. These are the lifeblood of your business because making friends is the way to go. These people are crucial to your success and they should be treated as such.

The second home CSA where assigned to you because they lost there immediate up line for not being active on SFI business. The rule of the thumb to succeed in your SFI business is to be a leader yourself.

The second home CSA did not get any help from the up line and they lost the leader here. Since you have the opportunity as their sponsor you should motivate by telling more about your self and your down line affiliates and how well they are doing under your guidance.

I personally keep lots of items I explain to each new member when they join and then repeat the same with new members. That's duplication. I am a big believer of providing examples.

To personally give you an example most the people are internet savvy and know how to get around the website but when it comes to installing a banner (one of the intermediate actions) it becomes too technical for some of them . I have a ten step solution to this and I always forward this to my existing and the new members.

As their up line you have full access to their Genealogy and you can see what actions they have not completed and you can assist them with the ones they have not performed.

A few members might just ignore your emails but make sure to send important information every week through PSA and CSA mailer.

Your second home CSA are a gift to you. They need your help and attention because they lost their team. Additionally, they are from varied background and cultures so you may need to develop or apply some strategies for communication of varied cultures.

Effective intercultural communication often takes considerable time, energy and commitment. You need to be prepared for new situations with people from other cultures and co-cultures and this will increase your confidence in your ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.

You can first conduct an honest assessment of your own communication styles and beliefs since your own attitudes toward different cultures influence your communication with them. Practice supportive communication behaviors such as empathy, kindness, etc. Be a good listener.

One healthy communication perspective holds that you can learn something from all people. Diverse populations provide ample opportunity for learning. Therefore, develop sensitivity toward diversity. Challenge yourself; you may be surprised by what you learn. Use and encourage descriptive feedback.

This encourages adaptation. Be willing to exhibit supportive behaviors. Feedback should be immediate, honest, specific and clear. By adopting some of these strategies I believe that your CSAs will be drawn to you and you will gain their attention. Soon you will have a list of movers!

Hello! Excellent Question!

***This is a difficult question to answer simply because if you take a look at your Genealogy Reports you will find some of the SH CSAs have been inactive for a bit. With that Said, I begin to Research the CSAs, but first I send a "SPECIAL" Welcome letter utilizing the e-card system. I'm finding it is much more personal to send a card than just a e-mail, plus it makes an individual feel better about themselves, while actually cheering them up!
***After that is sent out, I head back to the Reports:
1) I look at the VPs they have Accumulated in Total
2) I click on their Names to see if they have completed their Registration
a. Confirmed
b. See if they have completed their "TIP"
c. Check out their Profile Scores
d. Last send a Personal e-mail inviting Assistance and offer Contest Info
3) Its Imperative to Open the Lines of Communication Immediately, in the past I have had SH CSAs that have simply had bad experiences with Sponsors who may not have been helpful, and that is what they need, a little push!

So, Keep up The Lines of Communication, Don't Give Up...Send a Simple e-card, not much, but it goes a long way!

In my opinion, The best way to gain the attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again would be through "Personal Email to each one individually".

This may seems odd and impossible for the fact that the number count of second home CSA may be much higher. Group mailing to them will be effective, when you wish to share a group message to your team mates.

For individual care, group mailing won't work that much since they were inactive and haven't logged in SFI daily. If at all they logged in and open the message they were not able to see your message.

Instead, If you send individual email to their email id along with some special SFI images they could see the message, since they often open their email to view the inbox.

When sending emails to Second Home CSAs, please keep these in mind :

1. Many affiliates gives important to PSAs only, since they earn from their work and purchase and avoid CSA. That is why, they were moved to other homes like orphanage.
2. Think them as your own personal affiliates and not as some new person that moved to your home without any Invitation.
3. We are here to promote SFI and not to promote only ourselves. Give them importance. Greet them with special affection. Treat them as your family members.
4. First comes the Warm Welcome and second comes the brief description about SFI and its achievement.
5. Slowly, convey your wish to work with them as a team and express your gratitude towards them.
6. Ask them to login SFI daily and restart their work (say how simple the work are with SFI)
7. Express to them, the points that were pending to finish by them to earn more vps and to attain EA status easily (using their vp ledger).
8. Give assurance that, you are at their service always for their doubts and help needed.
9. Gradually convey to them about the benefit they get by purchasing products in TripleClicks.
10. Give your leadership page url and some other SFI links for their review.
11. If you have blog or website, ask them to take a look providing that urls.
12. Express your wish to see them ABOARD.
13. Close with regards

Meet them very often, along with the review of their work, so that, they may get confidence in you and will start to respond and work actively again.

In my personal, I'm regularly contacting my CSAs through facebook chat and even through Google+ chat and expressing my thoughts about their proceedings. And, it really works, many started to progress very fast. Thanks to them. Many have become relatives to me, even sharing their personal life.

Johnette Hello, I'm glad you asked this question because I want to share my experience. I saw the bees and ants. Ant is always returned to the place where one finds food and informs all members of their society, because we have the invasion in one place and can not be solved them.
I'm doing this:
Every day review the genealogy several times and check if someone online (also working with PSA and CSA), as soon as I see that some of the inactive appeared the same moment, examine your to-do list, to see what they did not do it, send message of support, congratulations for what they have done and will do advice to what they have missed, and I can personally to contact me. In the last three weeks I have thus launched three. Two CSA am rewarded with my family with 2TC probated for EA status. The number of inactive is large compared to the number of applicants, but the one who reported signs that business interests. Regularly need to send messages about your success and notices of awards that you have given,
as well as the competitions. You can send them, and notices of updates, but a number of messages to be moderate. All of this speaks to your members that you are working seriously and thus gives confidence. I like doing and it brings results, so far with modest but constant
increase. Work with the CSA and they are members of your team and my co-sponsor to me regularly addressed.
Signs of an ant and be sure you'll climb to the top.
