The idea of the lessons is to give the best information possible of what SFI is and how you should be using SFI to improve your own position. This information is given to you in a very concise way. You can improve and get more information from the SFI website.
So each lesson is the best for the information it gives so my answer would have to be all 30 are the best.
As for the why. That would have to be because they all give the best information for the subject they are covering

All the lessons in launchpad are important. All of them have been put together to teach, guide and instruct. They are like school arrangement where you have to pass through a class before graduating to the next. One lesson in launchpad is related to the other, you cannot take one and discatd the other.
In my own opinion, one lesson expands and explains further the one before it and to ensure that the reader understands what he has read, questios are added at the end of each lesson to be answered.

That depends on what you need from the LaunchPad lessons, doesn't it? Do you need facts about SFI, or do you need the best techniques for setting yourself up for profit? Do you need a reminder that this is not an overnight success?
From my standpoint, as someone who does a fair amount of research on the side, I tend to appreciate the Day Ten, Frequently Asked Questions, more than anything else. I love big data dumps and learning as much as I can as fast as I can. Because this lesson extends outward into more questions (and effectively more lessons), I tend to find it most valuable as a reference.

If I have to pick which Launchpad is best, then I would have to say the one for Day 3 ‘Are You On The "Anti-Wealth Plan"?’ This lesson for me really sets the tone of what SFI is about – long term financial freedom – need to work for it – not a get rich quick business – rewards can be well into retirement.

Please, do not try to find or choose the best one. One should read absolutely all launchpad lessons to understand everything here in SFI. Also, you should try using your own imagination and answer your questions there where you do not find answer in these lessons. Mnay times it depends on your own thinking how you build a successful business here in SFI. The LaunchPad lessons are general and cannot offer a personalized solution to each of us. They cannot know how much money one has or has not to invest in SFI or how much time one has or has not in a certain day. So, in accordance with your own situation you should create a plan or not, you should try being active every day with a minimum effort and/or invest some more money and save some more time etc

Lesson # 1 First Steps is the most important lesson for the very beginning and it is the lesson that every new affiliate must do it first. In fact, all 30 lessons are equally important in creating your personal strategy.
For me personally, the most important Launch Pad lessons is # 4 Marketing = Money and lesson # 7 Executive benefits. But remember that each lesson or every correct answer gives you 15 VP which are very important in the first month of the journey to reach the next level of EA.
