Static Website
Pros: relatively easy to setup and maintain
Cons: harder to get listed in the search engines

Hard work and dedication is all you need to be successful in SFI. All else is already provided to you by SFI. You just need to apply it to your business.

Your home page in SFI is your own personal website that you got for free. You also have a TripleClicks Member page as well as a Leadership page on the SFI website that you got for free. You have all the Gateway Links available in SFI to promote your business as well as to promote any products and services available in your store, TripleClicks. You just have to post your SFI Gateway Links on Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. or print it on all your advertising materials. If someone type those links in on the Internet or click on them it takes them directly to the right pages on the SFI website and SFI do all the negotiations for you.

Furthermore you can get all the marketing materials you need from SFI, some free, others at very reasonable prices. You just have to use it.

After all that’s said, I still think the more exposure your business can get the better it can be for you. There is not such a thing as to much exposure in business. As this is an online business and you don’t have a physical shop front that can do your advertising (and even brick and mortar businesses need other advertising) and attract traffic to your business, a personal or business website will be your shop and advertising platform. Like I said before, SFI provided each affiliate with a free website of their own, but to have your own personal domain or website outside of SFI, can be very valuable as well. Since some of SFI’s links are banned from some Social Media Platforms you can post links to your own website on those platforms with your SFI Gateway Links posted on your own website.

If you can maintain a blog it also can have huge benefits for your business because, if posted on it regularly, it can attract a lot of traffic on the Internet. You can also link it to your website or even better, have a blog on your website. It make your website more attractive to the search engines and that way attract more traffic to your website.

Do you NEED to have a website or blog. No you do not need to have one. However, it can only better your cause and not hurt you to get one at some time In the near future.

If you are new to SFI or Internet marketing, I would say forgo the website or blog for now and leverage your gateways instead. I would still,
however, recommend you leverage a domain name and use domain forwarding to direct people to your gateway pages and not use your affiliate links.

Although, you don't leverage a website or blog from day one by doing the domain and forward, you are at least acquiring a domain name that meets your cause in a future blog or website, meaning you can start building a brand and connect it to your gateways directly for the time being. This way you are not overwhelmed by the whole blog and website dilemma but you are still operating like you do have one with a
Domain names which suits it.

At the some point, you will for sure want a blog, or website, but blog is far more newbie centric then a website and easier to support and easier to build. The reason for this is that it is far more valuable to send quality to your gateways. Then just quantity.

By hosting a content enriched blog related to a niche or topic that supports SFI vision directory or indirectly, you can build a fan base from your content and blog and grow you traffic. Then have SFI advertising links with your key code embedded in Banners all around. This will generate traffic to your gateways pages indirectly.

This is what you want because the buyer has the control and is wanting to click to your SFi site based of the interests or whatever reason and likely will buy which is what we call now targeted traffic and with that comes higher conversions. This is far superior then trying to send traffic to gateways without building rapport them first.

In the begin while you get your feet wet, just get the domain you want to use in your future Blog and then set it to forward your gateway page or better use SFI gateway manager.

Then, once you feel you are ready and armed to support your own site, then just convert your brand domain to your site directly and remove the forward and continue to now increasingly meet the benefits of targeted already hungry buyer traffic.

This over time will become your lead source which is vital to your SFI success.

How I build my team is with designing a training website. Which includes a blog.
Killing two birds with one stone.
This is how I achieve Gold Team Leader at SFI monthly.
Also I have achieved Level 5 in the SFI Leadership Challenge with using this system I have designed.
This is the backbone of my business.

This gives my SFI down line a training website to view when I am off line.
True 24/7 support.
I encourage all my team to apply for their own SFI Training website also.
I then offer to design my Teams websites free, adding a sales generating leads program to promote SFI. Adding their Triple Click banner so they can claim the 100 VP at their SFI VP Ledger. Trusting and honest sites I have been an upgraded member with since 2009-2011.
We use these sites solely to promote SFI. Also earning with Numerous Income Resources. As their team follow them into these programs on Auto Pilot.

I stress to my team. As long as they keep the domain active. They will have access to my SFI training links I keep updated. Also I add their email address to a group I save at G Mail, they then receive my SFI News letters, receiving updated information monthly on how and where to promote SFI.

Team Support is the key to success. This is how I exploded my SFI down line to over 3578 combined Psa and Csa with in 11 months.
I spend hours of my own time. Corresponding, training and supporting my team.
I reward my down line for participation. Achieve Team Leader. I reassign 3 PSA to their down line.

I also suggest for all my team to have their SFI Training website open in a second browser window.
This way they can just flick to the SFI Training links for reference when they get confused participating at SFI.

No you do not have to wait until you have your own domain or blog to be successful with SFI. Start right where you are. If you have $10 or not, start with what you have. Too many of us make excuses for our own failure to act and follow through. If I had a website, if I had a blog, I don't understand, Why can't I, etc., etc., etc. If we expend as much energy in taking steps toward our success instead of making excuses why we don't have success; we all would be more successful. The key to success is a succession of appropriate actions executed in succession over time and tracked for improvement.

Get good at planning the right steps to execute your plan and you can have all the success you need in SFI. Having a blog, or a domain, or a website in an of itself is not going to make you any more successful that the day you started SFI. It's what you do with those things that impact your success. Take the appropriate action to have good success.

It is absolutely not necessary to have a website or your own blog when you are GETTING STARTED in SFI as an affiliate.

SFI has given you personal gateways for free. They are SFI sponsoring websites only. If you select proper advertising places and methods, you need not own your own website or start a blog.

If you have your own website you will have to make it visible to others and you need traffic.You need your own domain + hosting. Hosting will cost you monthly. The advantage of having your own website is may be you can use it to advertise where SFI gateways are blocked.

If you are already a blogger it is a great idea to start blogging about SFI and triple clicks when you are new to SFI. If you are not a regular blogger , you do not need to start a blog. But remember you get VPs to put a banner of SFI in your own blog as per the getting started actions. So as such to earn those VPs you should create a blog and start blogging regularly.

When you become a team leader having your own website will be very useful probably it is necessary as a veteran Internet marketer.

No, you don't necessarily have to have a website or your own blog to be successful with SFI, but in my opinion, they are one of the best ways to showcase everything SFI and TripleClicks have to offer, and the best place to assemble all the products and services you want to promote.

From a practical point of view, it is much easier and less time consuming to concentrate all of your efforts on promoting a single link (your website or blog), than to spend several hours a day posting multiple ads. It is also less time consuming for your prospects, because they can see everything you have to offer in a matter of minutes.

Harnessing the power of a website or blog makes it easier for people to find you, easier for you to offer them multiple options, and easier for your prospects to find the one item or service they were looking for, without having to move from your site.

Another practical aspects is that you have complete control over the contents and can make as many adjustments as you want, whenever the need arises. Creating a website or blog may require a little bit of time and effort at the beginning, but once they are set up, they are easy to maintain. Just make sure your content is fresh and original.

A website or your own blog won't automatically make you successful, that is true, but they can be very powerful allies in your quest for success.

I think having your own blog will contribute greatly to your success with SFI. A blog is another gateway and entry point into the world of SFI. Your blog will be the eyes and sales funnel for the people who may not like the ads they see from corporate. Something on your blog may appeal to prospective sfi members more than any other gateway into SFI.

A blog allows you to add even more free traffic than just classified ads, safelists, traffic exchanges etc. Now you can get into things like organic traffic that will have your site running on auto-pilot.

Your link will look a lot more cleaner when you leave messages on forums and blog posts rather than affiliate or cloaked links.

With blogging power you also release your voice. You have more control over your words and style type. Instead of having to follow guidlines or wait for posts to be approved in order for your voice to be seen across the net. Now you are an OWNER and have the benefits and responsibilities of one.

You may not look at it like that because there are so many ugly blogs out there where people kind of mistreat this wonderful power of blogging. But if you take your blog seriously there is no reason why your blog will not be a major part of your success at sfi, if not the best reason for it. Blogs are THAT Powerful!
