Ponder the points, refine your wording for clarity and simplicity as many of the users of this asset my not have English as their first language. Check the order, the pacing, the emphasis. Inject some humor or fun into the proceedings. You want to work like a good live presenter so practice your entire presentation and tape it even before you go live and critique it ... get feedback from a test audience and then do it for real and do the same critique process, hone it down polish it and make sure that you come across as the caring, principled human being that you are!
Then decide on the technical delivery, video, blog, webinar that suits your intentions.

I love webinars. Webinars are a great way to teach our downline everything we know ourselves. Each of us has ours own strategies and techniques that we have developed over time and through experiments. If you want to have a strong, stable and active team then certainly advise webinars or facebook group to which would be conducted training of old and new members.
Knowledge should be shared not keep it to yourself. Knowledge has power only when transmitted to others, and they apply what we've learned. In the event that this knowledge jealously keep to yourself, then you can not be talked about building a team.
For starters, you can perform training on the subject of advertising, writing of ads, placing ads, etc. Another interesting topic is the generation of sales from TripleClicks. The third issue is how to build a team. The fourth theme is the art of winning the auction, etc.

That's inspiring I have never though of it, but from the angle your question is coming from I will give it a short. Without waiting much of your time, it depends on your approach to letting your dowliners to know what you doing to awoke their interest.

2. Creat relationship with your downlines to form mutual concerns by not focusing more on the business but on their personal concerns.. I mean get little personal with them to show you care.

Some Webinars cost money to use or require your audience to jump through a lot of hoops to attend. You are also assuming the audience is rather adept at Internet navigation. I do think it is a good idea,but may I suggest you look at several different ones available, and try to keep it simple?
Another idea along those lines would be a You Tube video, with links to Skype (if you have it) so you could talk to your prospects to answer questions. Some of the things I think we need to ask ourselves are: How would we attract people to go to the webinar? Would we be adding more complexity? If you have a downline in place already, SFI provides many tools for you to contact them- why don't you utilize those methods and test the waters as it were- ask your downline if they would be interested in such a thing?

I'm from Croatia, and we here have webinar very often for all people on Balkan. Once or two time in week. I'm not do it yet, but we have people, who do it.
Every saturday we have webinars for new members : "What is SFI and how make money here". We can also call a people who doesn't in job yet, to hear what it's about. It great help to everyone, new members and old members. On the end of the month we have webinar where help people how to get 1500 or more if they didn't do it yet. There is webinars for everthing we need.
It is great thing, because it give feeling we are big community (there knows be about 200-400 people on webinar) and we do it together. We helping each other, learn and work together, and it great special for new members, they see they aren't alone here. It's place where new members can see that there is many people who have success in this job, and that is possible to earn money here, and that is important for them.
So just do it, you can't go wrong with webinars!!

I suggest you send out to your genealogy an email alerting them to your training webinar and give them a Date and time and link to where you will hold it.
Make it informative and relevant to a topic of high interest so it catches their attention. Follow this up with a link for them to sign up to attend which should include their email address so you may alert them a day before the webinar and again the day of it as most people need a lead time and reminders since they lead full time lives as well. Webinars have really become popular and most organizations are using them. For one, they are easy to plan and cost effective because your audience does not need to travel and/or put up in a hotel. Indeed you can us them in marketing and training your downline.
Webinars are also good because your audience will see and hear you at the same time and hence your points will sink thereby achieving your objective. Please note, ears are good for learning as opposed to eyes.
However, there is really nothing on earth that has merits only and no demerits. Webinars are no exception. Language clarity and understanding level of your audience can be a serious challenge and a major setback. In other words, how sure will you be that your audience actually understands what you are saying to the letter?
There is also the issue of connectivity. Some of the members of your audience may be having internet connectivity challenges in their respective locations/counties.
The best way to go about this, is to blend between webinars and written communication so that the two can support each other and yield desired results.
