Webinars are great!
I'm from Croatia, and we here have webinar very often for all people on Balkan. Once or two time in week. I'm not do it yet, but we have people, who do it.
Every saturday we have webinars for new members : "What is SFI and how make money here". We can also call a people who doesn't in job yet, to hear what it's about. It great help to everyone, new members and old members. On the end of the month we have webinar where help people how to get 1500 or more if they didn't do it yet. There is webinars for everthing we need.
It is great thing, because it give feeling we are big community (there knows be about 200-400 people on webinar) and we do it together. We helping each other, learn and work together, and it great special for new members, they see they aren't alone here. It's place where new members can see that there is many people who have success in this job, and that is possible to earn money here, and that is important for them.
So just do it, you can't go wrong with webinars!!

I think this question has no correct answer.
What could be cited as an advantage: it's a product that is rare in the ECA store or it still does not offer. If you opt for a product that is common there is a possibility that it will not approve it. Signs rarity is certainly an advantage.
As for the price, again, depends on what sells. If this product is offered by several vendors (same quality) then he need to watch that he do not put a price above them,because it's certainly not a good start. If something unique then it must assess the worth.

I think it's best to look at sfi page. The Launchpad writes a lot. The search engine sfi also find much that interests you.
You can send them to the forum. There is already a lot of solutions offered, and you can set up a new topic. Surely you will get the answer.
You can contact your sponsor for questions, or one of your upline, or 2a friends.
If there is a bigger problem it that can not be resolved, you can write support.
There are many possibilities, I think it's impossible not to get an answer to a question!

Have a good photo is very important, because when you represent people what you're doing, you do that with your image too. You represent yourself, except text, people look the photo too. Start from yourself, if you see an ad with a picture beside him,what would be more attracted to these images, the figure at which someone is angry and sullen or looks and friendly. Some people put pictures with their kids just for this reason that to attract an audience.
