As we all know SFI is an international online business and anyone is qualified to join. We cannot tell what country is the best to advertise SFI as we all know there are active and dormant members in every places.
I suggest to write your advertisement in english, you can reach a lot of people and pretty sure most of them will truly understand what this business all about. Introducing this kind of business to stranger especially to those who are not in the same race is quite difficult, so be sure to use words that are possible to happen and more likeable.

In my opinion you have two options:
Sales and marketing, spread in developed countries
where the standard is much higher.
Search for associates is successful in countries
where there are problems with employment or with low incomes....
Although there is no rule, if the product is good will be sold wherever it advertises.
Also of the contributors and build a team of people who need a job, we can all find collaborators and surprise may be of effort, regardless of the country where they are ...

In my perception any product/business requires Interest and market. Rather mentioning the country names for advertising SFI, i would rather suggest you to go to SFI site and look in for active country at SFI rather than looking at New sign ups from various countries.
You may be the initiator for that country to start off with, but always to make work simple and more effective its better look in for active countries in the business. Experience and familiarity makes lot of difference......

You can check out the top 50 Countries from the leadership board, however it is worthy to note that its best to tap into countries that have high internet uses and are relatively into online marketing like India and China. But be mindful of language barrier however again most people using the internet now use the translation add-on.
In my opinion the best country for advertising or promoting products as India, the Philippines and America. They are very developed and rich country and therefore people with better financial income will Cups these products. I think its quit difficult to judge where to give Aid and where to not because internet is a widespread and powerful its all over the world.I think we give our Aid following countries.
1. USA
2. Canada
3. Europe
4. India
5. Malaysia
6. south Africa
7. Gulf all over

2- There is 196 countries in the world

As per similar to other countries India is the most and best in advertising and marketing of SFI. By the way If you are looking for the marketing than try in your friends and families to advertise SFI and make your own team of PSA's and be a Team Leader, this is the way you can earn and work with the workers such that you get more commission and good earnings.

I think that all countries are good for advertising SFI.Maybe is best to try a country where SFI is not so frequent as to develop a strong network on good ground, is a very good thing.
