Hello,
1. communicate weekly or as required with your team (upline and dowline) so you build a good relationship as well as a healthy support line
2. send out gateways of products (for sales and u get cash commissions and VPs in return), for affiliate recruitment (to build a strong team and increase your earning potential), to business who will register as ECAs
3. you can study a portion of the resources available daily to learn more about SFI and other ways you can maximize your earnings
4. you can play games or place bids to win free gift and great bargains for products respectively

I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

you will have to make a bit of researches:
1. check postal rates at your local post office to the destinations you feel u can send your items too considering the size and weight of the item.
2. Compare rates using google perhaps you might get other reasonable providers and rates
3. Compare with others your results on similar items on TripleClicks
4. you can spread the shipping cost into the product cost to have a harmonized fee

What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

Hope you know you can use MRP to make purchases on TripleClicks?
As to the best use, i have found it very beneficial to use 126MRP to buy 1 TCredit. i get 102 VP with that. lately i use it to complete my standing order and to meet up the required VP to maintain my EA status.
But dont forget, they are like free points so having to spend them is like buying a product free.

No retirement age for SFI so why thinking of retiring????
Parhaps maybe having a good stream of residual income with minimal effort?
for that i think you will need to:
1. go all out now to build a strong team of PSAs on SFI and encourage them to do same (duplication)
2. recruit as much as you can ECAs since you earn lifelong commissions for any sales they make.

The 100 TCredits and a couple of about 3-4 single TCredit will get you the required 1500VP at even a lower cost. You get the 100 TCredit at a cost of $29 on SO uses it to place bids on items that gives you double member reward points MRP(watch out for the auctions with DP) with this you build your MRP which you use to to buy 3 single TCredits on SO.
100 TCredit gives you 1200 VP and each ssingleTCredit gives you 102vpVP hence the 3 gives you 306, in all you have the 1500 VP required on SO.
Note that 1 TCredit on SO will cost you 126 MRP. The 3 will cost you 378MRP. That using about 40 TCredit from the 100TCredit you initially got for the DP auction which will give you 400 MRP you will use part of to buy the additional Single credits you need to complete the 1500VP SO

2.flyers
3. face-to-face with a few prospects which you will try and recruit as affiliates and support them so they in turn get you a large number of their schoolmates on board
4. you can also offer the gift-cards to encourage them to start-up. You know being on SFI and determination to succeed can be addictive! once you start you just cant stop.....

You can check out the top 50 Countries from the leadership board, however it is worthy to note that its best to tap into countries that have high internet uses and are relatively into online marketing like India and China. But be mindful of language barrier however again most people using the internet now use the translation add-on.

I think your using the word "bride" is not doing justice to yourself! Rather refer to it as an incentive. Since the literal meaning of incentive is a thing that motivates or encourages someone to do something, which i suppose is what you are aiming at on SFI.
Back to your questions:
1. there is no problem in encouraging your team to work hard and compete for prizes from you their team leader. it might work very well but not all the time, but i bet you it will definite work for those who are determined to succeed in the business. you know there will always be those who lag behind and are not willing to do more in order to succeed.
2. i don't see it anyway coming back to bite you. Do it in good faith and you will also be motivating your down-lines to copy you by your example and do same to their own down-lines.
