At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

I have done a quick research and I`ve found out the following:
1- The SFI ECA are exist in 166 countries
2- There is 196 countries in the world
That leave us with a 30 countries that maybe never heard of SFI, therefore
I believe those countries are your best chance.

What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?

Here is the best method it goes like this
First drive by the college and give flyers to them
Second go inside and ask at the reception to leave a note
on the advertisement board
Third try to reach the college news paper , usually it is
controlled by a students

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

I got your sense of humour , your question 100% funny:) and the answer is YES.
and yes it can be done in many ways, but when it come to if it will come back and bite you? I don't think it will if you do the math right. think of it like this
IF YOU SPREAD SEEDS IN SPRING TIME, YOU WILL HAVE FLOWER IN THE SUMMER.
I believe it does work with a little luck too if your PSA ARE ACTIVE FROM WITHIN THEM SELF then they will lift up your business therefore they do deserve the bribe.
