Every human is a born leader. Some maybe have neither had the experience nor the oportunity. Only keep trying to. Ask your up-line how to become one. keep learning the SFI´s rules of success, internet income lessons. And remember everything in life require effort,sacrifice,knowlege,commitment and patience.
To me a leader is someone who can follow instructions and give instructions. So I think Leadership is something that can be taught. As you grow and follow the development plan in SFI, you will see that SFI have enough tools in place to help the ordinary person becomes extraordinary. If you learn how to be an awesome sponsor, then this is leadership training.
Look at all of the great leaders through out history and you will quickly discover they were not born that way. Somewhere along the way they saw an opportunity and stood up and took a chance. When no one else would, they rose to the occasion and made a name for themselves that will be remembered for a very long time.
Now....Enter you. That right there is describing everyone that saw an opportunity with SFI, took the chance and rose to the occasion. If you were not a leader you wouldn't have asked the question. You would have quit already.

It is not necessary to be a born leader to be able to successfully do this job.It is enough to overcome technology business that offers you the SFI.
For larger enterprises people who are talented to manage the business will be easier to achieve success we seek, but everybody have good opportunity to learn how to lead their teams.

You can be an SFI team leader if you have got a very good team!!! You can recrute a lot of friends and after you learn how you earn a lot of money with your sponsor and your co-sponsor!!! You can add to help you on the forum and on A2A!!!

You choose everyday rather to get out of bed or not, to wear make-up or not, curl your hair or not, You make choices all day everyday Choose to be a Leader with that same determination and confidence. The answers to questions are there you will find that SFI makes it easy to become a leader. With patience and determination you will succeed at being a leader in SFI
How do you know that you are not a born leader? Always attempt to be a leader, but look to your team is with you, shoulder to shoulder. Gain their trust, let them see that they believe. Then shall you follow yourself, because everyone loves a compliment, right? Never speak to them like they are your subordinates, because this is their job, as well as you.
We are all born under a star, whether happy or not we do not know!

Stay in touch with your sponsor, listen to his advice, follow his work ... watch what others leaders do. Learn from the best in their work.And read,read and read !
