It's true that most of us aren't natural born leaders, but you needn't worry. SFI helps you learn the skills you need to be a top-notch leader and a great sponsor.
One way is to look to your upline, see what you can gather from your sponsors, and apply what you've learned to your downline. You'll be a great leader in the process.
This is a good question, however there seems to be a contradictory notion as to the essence of the question; one need not be a born leader to become SFI TL but instead he/she will be by diligently visiting SFI Affiliate Center to work the daily TO DO LIST that are Versa points producing activity and by patronizing our Tripleclicks store products and services that when points are accumulated will take him to the leadership board and become SFI TL. I don't believe any one was born a leader,we start off babies learning from our parents.Sometimes we are taught at a early age to be strong and authorotive,these children often go on to become leaders.But if you are born from parents whom are what I call more mellow,you can still become a leader we all learn from our peers etc,In my opinion becoming a leader is a choice,anyone can be a leader
No one born as a team leader But with his effort, work, and assisting with a strong desire, you can be a great leader!

How you helped your sponsor and gave you or someone else help you, so you help others and to the virtues of leaders. Talk, effort and aiding and behold a true leader! Anyone can be a leader if it wanted to make!
Simply by following all the guidelines that SFI has put in place.
They have a wonderful array of articles that you can learn from and guide your team through.
We learn to be a lot of things in our life time. We are not born into those roles. Though we may be better at some and not so good at others.
But learning allows us to better ourselves.
So read up and apply what you have read to your business and you will automatically become a leader!

I think that every body is a born leader in the sense that you definitely have some people looking up to you for one thing or the other. Except the person is not concious of him/herself to bring out the best in him/her.
SFI does not really need you to be a born leader before you become a Team leader because they have already mapped out strategies you need to follow to become a leader in SFI so long as you are following the steps judiciously.
So long as you are reading, you are learning more and more and this will help to sharpen and broaden your knowledge the more and as you are reading and going through the process, you are undergoing some training. Practice they say makes perfect. So as time goes on, you become very good in the business.
As you under go the training, you will be able to teach others. SFI has created the platform for everyone to be a leader.
As you introduce new affiliates into the system, you must have taken a bold step to convince them, and as you direct them on the business, you are already taking the lead.

In my opinion no one is born a leader,a great leader is somewhat like respect which is earned and not just given or taken for granted, so therefor you need to earn the trust and respect of your team.
Hard work is done to achieve your top goals and ambitions in life.
One needs to be and stay possitive and believe in yourself, even when others dont have faith in you.
You are the only one who can change a situation, but cannot change people.
A Great Team Leader will put his team ahead and first before putting him/herself first.
