You can only give the information. Your affiliates have to be willing to listen and follow. There is no guarantee that all affiliates will follow your advise or your lead. To those who chose not to follow or listen let them continue on their own path. After all it is their business and you and I are merely guides.Point them to trainings and articles that helped you to get where you are one person can't know everything.Some may feel they know better than you or may have found an easier way than you. If they inquire as to your help be available. If you followed the lead of your sponsor and learned from his/her guidance, you duplicated and gained valuable knowledge about SFI. If your affiliates are following your lead and implementing the steps that you learned and that you instruct them, then they are duplicating your efforts. If you can dissect for them each step that you took to get to where you are and they follow that path they are duplicating what thousands of affiliates are doing and continue to do.

That is a very good question and really the lifeblood factor of your success isn't it? The first thing to realize is you can not force people do what they need to do in order to meet our duplication goals.

That said I will start with a list of things you should be doing to help in facilitating your duplication efforts:

**First and foremost, do yourself what you want your affiliates to do. You want them to be on a Standing Order, get involved in S-Builder Co-op, go through their To-Do list everyday, etc. You do those things as well. They see all the badges you receive for doing the things you are supposed to do, they will know you are a person that should be followed.

**Communicate with all your PSA's and CSA's regularly. Personally, I do that weekly. Just send out a message outlining some training tips, guidelines for success, tasks you yourself are doing (it's called a hint! LOL), maybe include a link to a part of the SFI page they should be looking at.

**If you are more adventurous, you could set up a Co-op for your downline to get involved in. Send an invite and explain how it will work. Of course you would use SFI's Co-op tracker for this.

** Push comes to shove, if you want to give them a little boost, you could give them a gift certificate for TripleClicks to use. Hopefully that would give them a little extra motivation to do something and duplicate.

**One last item I recommend, but it is a bit advanced is to write a book. Am eBook that is. If you've been around internet/affiliate marketing for any length of time, you ill notice how some affiliates of some other programs put together their own training manual as an addendum to what the site already offers.

This does several things. It first of all, positions you as a leader in the business, and most people look for leaders who can pull them up so to speak. Secondly, it creates what you are looking for, which is duplication.

What do I mean by that? Well, you could conceivably make your eBook rebrandable as an enticement for prospective and existing affiliates to duplicate others. Their is information and software on the internet that can help set that up for you. Your eBook was simply simplify for the process for affiliates and teach them to do EXACTLY what you do (duplicate)and how to do it.

I know this has been a long answer but duplication is what makes this business works. At the end of the day, as I said in the beginning, you can not force anyone to duplicate what you do, it's just human nature. All you can do is what you are supposed to do as taught by SFI and hopefully your successful upline.

Just be consistent, day in and day out and eventually momentum will take over and duplication will be followed by many of your affiliates.

Focus your attention on your active affiliates and train them be as awesome as you. Keep all Affiliates in the loop, the inactive may become active.

Do you have any PSA or CSA in your team? If you do and they are responding to your emails or your stream post or your calls or any other type of communication, and better yet if they are contacting you as their Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, then I believe the Duplication is in process.

That's because they are doing what they learn from SFI and willing to implement it on their team.

Sorry Khalil there is no assurance that duplication will happen.

The best advise is to work the system and use the tools that SFI has given you. Once you start getting PSA's that want to work, make sure you are there ready to work with them. Make sure you show them that this is a real business and that you want them to be a part of it Hopefully they will see the potential and want to work the business and work with you. I always tell my PSA's that this is a team oriented business. If you are not willing to work as a team, then there will be NO duplication.

You decided to pursue the SFI business after you signed up as an affiliate and that has caused you to duplicate what you have learnt from your sponsor or from the training that SFI offers. Your sponsor is very happy about that and he/she will assist you when you need assistance.

Unless the affiliate that you have sponsored also decides to pursue the SFI business, nothing that you do (or don't do) will assure that duplication will take place. It is a personal and individual decision and if a person decides not to go further with SFI, they surely will not duplicate what you have done.

I have been told (and taught) that in any network marketing business, 95% of the work that you do will come to nothing. The remaining 5% will be enough to make you successful.

You can't assure duplication in your downline. Many will not become active. But the ones that do become active, you need to explain to them what you are doing, assure them you are there to help them, and continue to communicate with them. I have found that if you keep in contact with your downline, be it PSA or CSA, they are more inclined to continue logging in on a daily basis and doing what needs to be done. They see you doing it so they do it. Lead by example and follow the Rules of Success.

When you get new notification about new affiliate in your downline just send him a nice welcome message with few guidelines about this business.

Do not send them to much info in your first contact with them.

After that you will see the ones that are interested because they will start making
some versapoints and login in daily.

The ones that dont reply are still valuable but your focus should be on ones that work.

When you see who is who if you want to ensure that duplication happens just learn them everything you know.

Remember to give them as much as you can because they are in your downline and as they grow you grow so share as much with them.

Be nice helpful and available anytime for assistance and help.

When they are following you that are the duplication you are waiting for till the beginning sign on date of the affiliate. But the hardest part is inactive affiliates who refuse to communicate after the sign up date. Then even you have PSA & CSA listings in genealogy page DUPLICATION never happen because of in-activeness of your sponsored Affiliates.

As an example in my genealogy page I have forty four affiliates but neither of them is active. None of them sign on for last seven days. Because of these reasons there name took off from MOVERS list. After One year there name will take off from the SFI Affiliate list compromising in-activeness.

Good question!
I don't think you can ensure anything. Nothing is guaranteed because it's not 100% in your control, but you can do your best to encourage your downline to duplicate.
The most important thing is to do and be what you want them to duplicate! You are their example, so be the best example possible! Lead them in the way you want to be lead - whether your upline are doing that or not!
Duplication, by definition, is copying or reproducing the same thing! It's not inventing or creating something new, so you need to make sure you are and do what you want them to copy!
Follow the SFI system, build your own business and leadership skills and let your downline see that, then they have a good model to copy!
