I believe that one of the most important things to bear in mind at all times is that your team members are people. They are just like all of us. We all have our pride, we need to be appreciated, we don’t like working in isolation, we have our up days and down days, we need encouragement every now and then, we don’t know everything and need help from time to time. We all need mentors, coaches, models, helpers – Sponsors! regardless of who we are or our state in life.

So be there for your team, supporting them. Teach them the business and show them by your own example how to run the business.

Treat them as your business partners, after all, your own success depends to a large extent on their success.

Focus on helping them succeed. If you do that well, duplication will naturally follow.

The best way to ensure duplication happens is to monitor the grow of your PSA's, as duplication is awesome when done correctly - where as duplicating incorrect or confusing information maybe be off putting. I so would advise the following:

1. Ensure that you are following an excellent duplication system which will give you success

2. Give this proven system that works for you to your sponsors, give them example of the results you have achieved - eg. Newspaper advert with a specific wording generates more new PSA's than an Text advert with the same wording

3. Follow up with you PSA's to find out how the duplication system is working for them and if they have found it works as well for them as for you. If there is anything they don't understand or are struggling with.

4. In turn give feed back to your Sponsor, to ensure the best duplication method is used by yourself and your downline.

If your PSA's understand the importance of duplication to success, they will not hesitate to duplicate. Wishing you all the success for the future.

Well, the answer is simple, you can't.

A lot of people who sign up lose there interest in a few days. It happens to all programs like SFI and we all have to deal with that. It is a pity that it is a loss of effort but that's the way it goes. It is just as in your personal live, some will follow you and your guide lines and some don't.
But never let that disappoint you. I my self has a lot of csa's who signed up and never are online or confirmed there E-mail address, meaning I even can't reach them.

But I keep sending my stream posts to every one because you never know, maybe some day...

And for those you can reach, be there. Not bombing them with mails every day but once a week at least. If you achieve something in SFI, share it with them. If one of your affiliates achieve something share it with your team. It will motivate others.

Most off all, share how you did things. Don't only share your successes but also your mistakes and how to avoid them.

They will understand that you are a human, just like they are and they can reach the same level.

The answer is very simple: lead by example. If you do everything by the "rules" of SFI, you will progress fast, getting more and more badges. And those badges will show to your PSA-s that this is not a fake business, but this is a business where you earn as much as you are committed to it. Tell them to do exactly what you do, and then you would have a great and big team with WORKERS and TEAM LEADERS to everyone's satisfaction.

Secondly, direct them to SFI Compensation plan and ask if they understood it. Provide additional explanation if needed.

Thirdly, point them out to Marketing aids and techniques and provide additional assistance with it if needed.

And finally and most importantly, do not get disappointed if just a few of those you have sponsored make it. That is just reality of life. Just carry on and diamonds will show up eventually.

The best way for you to know is to view their VP ledger to see if they are doing what you are doing....As long as they are one of you movers, they are doing something and that is already worth appreciating and recognizing.

However, there are affiliates who have other skills and innovations which are sometimes better than what we do... So aside from duplicating what we do, others also do more their share of new ways of doing things.

Regular communication can also help motivate each other to learn from one another.

Assurance that your PSA's will duplicate or even work for that matter is not guaranteed.
All you can do as a teamleader is give guidance and help to those that want to work and be successful. Support them every step of the way. Those workers will be your duplicaters. Remember you just need five workers to succeed. Train those five to do as they have been taught by you to do the same to their PSA's and so forth down the generations.
Those PSA's that are inactive in your team, once a week send them motivational e-mails and make use of the e-cards to give them tips on moving forward in the SFI business.
But don't let inactive PSA's stop you from moving forward in your business. Keep on building up on your team and never give up.

Duplication is one of the key factors that is important in SFI. You will expand your business and join Affiliates in your team.
Simply said, it means recruiting new Affiliates who will join the business and in turn they will bring in new Affiliates - and this process continues to build your team and generate various levels within your team...

To understand Duplication better you must have a very good grasp of SFI and TripleClicks. This helps you to present your ideas well, pass on your experiences and knowledge to your immediate downline. This will be your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs). When you do this, you create a strong foundation on which your Affiliate starts his business. He/She will then be in a position to explain fully to his new recruits-this will be at Level 2. With this concept, you continue recruiting as deeply as you can within your team and this is how Affiliates multiply and positively effect your income.

It is very important to handle new Affiliates carefully and provide all the support they need, keeping in mind that this is a Global Enterprise so you may have to make certain sacrifices to be able to communicate in the various time zones. Once this knowledge is available and they have the necessary guidelines from their SFI Homepage to assist them manoeuvre around the site easily, look for answers and see the potential in the business, explaining to other Affiliates is easy.

This remains the main objective of SFI otherwise you are likely to have affiliates who will not be active because they do not understand the concept fully.

Keeping in regular touch with your teams at various levels of the duplication process enables you to keep a track of your performance and you can nudge those who are left behind.

The best way will be to lead by example.
The best way will be to show what you do exactly, but more important will be to actually explain why you doing it and provide any examples on how those actions will benefit them.
For example you can send email to PSAs advising to set SO for S-Builder and expect somebody to do it. Or you can send email with suggestion to set SO for S-Builder, and provide some useful information about it, and show examples of PSAs you got with help of S-Builder, then fallowing your actions will be more appealing and logic. To even more encourage them, you can setup rewards, because you know that things you do will help them in long run.

Another thing I would say, is Timing.
Do not overload anybody with many suggestions, especially if they just joined.
Give them time, one thing, one action at the time.
