You can only show and lead your downline the way, you can't make them do it.
Keep on sending you motivating emails, keep on encouraging. Those that are hungry and willing to eat, will do so, those that are not willing to eat, won't. There is not much you can do for someone who is not willing to be helped.

you have to be in touch with them continuosly , ask them how they are going so far, do they have anything complicated, do they need assistance help on something

be UNIQUE
try to give them something different so they can feel themselves that they are SPECIAL and very PRECIOUS FOR YOU

HI,Kahlil,i would be short and precise,those affiliates you sponsors SFI will notify you through e-mail or mail from you page inbox telling you of new member,if your downline sponsors other affiliates you can earn residual income from this,in your geneology page if you are a team leader and track the progress of you team and also the section of duplication on the training tool,do hope this helps some.have a nice day.

Tell your team what you did to build your down-line and encourage them to do the same. Give then all the details, even step by step if they need you to. Be sure to show the team the numbers in the SFI "Earnings Calculator". Of course in the end, there are no assurances, but remember "there is Power in numbers".
Since you sponsored them you knew them very well, therefore it's easy you can asked them or more so and I believe if duplication is happening to them they will gladly inform you about the good fortune that you share with them and in your part you will know of course because it will yield to you an increase income.
