What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?

Hello Victoria
Success is relevant, the definition of success has a different meaning to everyone. You need to measure your success against your goal timeline.
You had to set your goals when you initially joined SFI and again every month you need to review your goals to see if they are still the same or need to be changed.
The question you need to ask yourself about your own success is "How far away am I from my goal?" If your answer is a negative i.e. too far away or you haven't reached your goal in the time set, then you would need to sit down and re-evaluate either your goals, which could be a bit out of reach for now, or your working methods to reach those goals.
I wish you luck on your assessment of your goals. Have fun and enjoy working SFI to great success.
Regards

Hello Morita
You can use these flyers anywhere you can think of. I will list a few of my ideas below:
1. On community boards at your local shopping centres.
2. In you local library.
3. You can do mail drops get your children and their friends to walk your area dropping flyers into peoples mailboxes.
4. Put flyers under the windscreen wipers of cars parked in the street or at the malls.
5. As your local shops if you could leave some on their counters, or if they wouldn't mind putting a flyer in each shoppers shopping bag from the cash points.
These are just a few ideas, I hope this will start a flow of ideas with you.
Good luck and hope you have lots of signups.
Regards, See You At The Top

I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

As there are 1000's of products to promote on TripleClicks, I suggest you search for a product that you would personally buy.
If you would buy a product, that means that you are excited about that product and what to tell others about it. This will then be reflected and portrayed in your advertising of the product.
One can only sell a product with honesty and integrity, if we promote a product in any other manner, we will lose prospective sign-ups and downlines which of course equates to income in commissions.
I say promote the products YOU would purchase.
I hope this helps.

How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?

We can only do this slowly, as people are raised to believe that they are followers which makes us good employees. We follow the boss and our immediate supervisor. "
To change this mentality you need to nuture and bring out the confidence in the people that they can do something on their own using their own initiative.
Encourage them, give them the steps to build their business, spoon feed them if you have to, but do not "do it" for them, they need to be encouraged to to it for themselves. When the reward comes through the pleasure and satisfaction will be 100 times better.
I hope this helps you to encourage your downline to be business people not employees.

Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?

After reading all the answers to your question. I can only say that either one of those two demographics are the better. It depends on who you can communicate better with. Which section do you fit into, because you can word your adverts according to your own needs.
You, of course, cannot use the same advert for both and they are on opposite ends of the timeline. The retirees are looking for something to do and maybe subsidize their pension income. The homemakers on the other hand are looking for a home based business so that they can be flexible and raise their family accordingly.
Three different adverts will work for the demographics you are targeting. One for homemakers, one for retired persons an of course don't forget about the middle section, that is the 3rd advert.
Good luck and may you learn from this experience.

How do you learn to write effective ads if you have never written any ads before?

I think that most of us here are not journalists or professional writers.
I have signed up with article writing sites where they are strict and will teach you how to write.
Sign up with these sites, go through their training programmes and once you have "qualified" write articles and ads through their sites and other advertising sites using the experience and knowledge they have taught you.
That is what I did, and have gained so much through them
Good luck and see you at the top!

How do you convince someone that they can earn a substantial income with SFI?

Convincing someone that they can earn a substantial income with SFI, an excellent question.
Let me be rhetoric for a moment. What convinced you to join your first company or any company that you worked for?
The advantages that company offered. Its the same for SFI just speak about the advantages of SFI, the free membership, free training materials, free support etc.
If that does not convince them to join, then they are really not seriously looking for extra income or financial independence.
Wish you well in your conquests.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

A very good question, I can only answer this by giving you my personal experience. As a young child/teenager/youth, I was rather introverted, the classic wallflower.
When I started working I had to undergo training to enable me to do my job properly. Over the years, I had to attend more courses to enable me to learn in greater detail how to do my job properly. Along with these courses I also had to do management courses.
Remember, the classic introvert doing a management course. After 20 years of doing my job, learning the details and procedures, I eventually attained the position of Head of Department. That is quite a stressful leadership position.
My answer to your question is anyone can become a strong and successful leader if they have the confidence and knowledge of their job.
SFI is your job, learn the products, system and have the confidence to go out there and show others the benefits.
Good luck, happy learning and I'll see you at the top!

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

Hello Diana
Firstly I must that you need to understand that they are beginning the steps to leave SFI, so ultimately what you say might not really make any difference.
With that said, let me continue by saying that I would remind them firstly that this is not a Get-Rich-Quick scheme, that it takes time to establish a new business. Then remind them of the benefits and free training and support that is available to them whenever they need it.
I would ask them at which college or university they could do a qualifying course for free and earn while they are still learning. Encourage them to stick to SFI for a period of time, as it is free and before they finally decide this is not for them to contact you again and discuss what happened in the time period that you requested them to try.
If you have personal success and benefits that you can tell them that also might help.
I wish you luck in your success with these negative affiliates.

Good question, makes one sit up and think.
I think my reason for staying here is that is costs nothing therefore I have nothing to lose by being here. On the other hand, I have everything to gain.
Apart from earning lots of extra money, I have gaining more knowledge, experience and of course more internet experience and knowledge, which definitely comes in handy when applying for mainline jobs, as electronic knowledge is the way commerce is going.
Lastly, but definitely not least, I am having fun and meeting lots of new people, which I definitely would not have met in mainline employment.
