and encourage your referrals to do same as you did about them.

Now to see this happens or not, there is a big evidence!

If your referrals grows in levels logically due to time period,it means that duplication happened and if it stops somewhere in your downline levels, it means that duplication stopped happening exactly somewhere where growing stopped.

Dear Affiliate,

Some things are not just possible. It is like taking a horse to the river, you can not force water down her throat. It is just for us as sponsors to introduce sfi and guide as much as we can. The rest, which duplication is part of, is at the instance of the sponsored affiliate. Show them the way and they will choose the path they want.

That is a good question. Unfortunately you cannot be sure of that. You do your part as a sponsor, give them the certainty that you will be for them no matter what. They will do what you did with them (most likely, following your example). Tell them to teach them duplication like you did with them, to guide them and help them. And hope for the best!

You cannot ensure duplication. You can however increase your percentage of effectiveness of duplication. Good leaders produce good leaders. Your honesty and guidance will mold the next generation of leadership.

In my perception this world runs majorly by " Monkey to Monkey Business", Hop you agree..
Also it reminds me of Monkey and a Hat story, Hope you are also recollecting...

Like wise at SFI we see or make sure that before sponsoring any person into SFI, we give enough information and history. Also It is very important that the sponsor is well equipped with the solutions and answers to the queries of such sponsored person.

Hence by following these principles i dont think any assurance of duplication required, The system at SFI will work and we will all be rest assured with satisfactory duplication.

Since we are working with human beings, unfortunately we cannot assure anything. When we develop our downline, its a combination of luck of the draw and training. Some people, by nature are just lazy and are looking for a quick buck. They sign up, realize that this is not a get rich quick scheme and become inactive. We cannot do anything about these type of people. Now, other people are willing to work. They are self motivators and need little to no guidance. They will log in regularly, do their tasks, sponsor others etc. The majority of the human population fall somewhere in between the two extremes listed above. They will work and do what they need to, but they need a little push. They may be skeptical about the business or they just do not know where to start. This part of the business is the luck of the draw. Unless you know the affiliate personally, you have no idea of which type a person a signup is, until they actually sign up.

This is where training comes in. Lead by example. This is the most important thing. We have do the things that we want our PSAs doing. We have to log in daily. We have to have a standing order. We have achieve and maintain EA status (at minimum).

As to get our teams to duplicate, we have to keep in contact with them. Use the PSA and CSA mailer regularly but not too often. If you notice that someone has not been active, send them a e card or an email message to encourage them or just to let them know that you are available to help them. Acknowledge the achievements of your team members.

Although you cannot guarantee that someone will work, you can give them the tools that they need. They just have to make the choice to use them. Remember the saying, you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink.

That is something we would all love to ensure but there is no guarantee that it will happen despite your best efforts. That been said - you just have to continue to give it your best to show them the way.
Use your team mails to teach them about the advantages (1st mail), After that you teach them step by step how to do it. (In 2nd and maybe more mails) Make it short and keep it simple - they might already feel overwhelmed and suffer from information overload.
If you do not see results immediately - don't give up. Keep on trying and remember - the best way to convince them is to do as you say - lead example.

SFI president,Gery himself said; "The key to making truly BIG money is to focus on Referring Members, Sponsoring Affiliates, and teaching your team members to duplicate your efforts."
This is an idividual business but also it is a team work.
You cannot survive in this business alone, in my opinion.
By duplication you are building your network of success in SFI.
SFI is not about recruitment only but also learn and teach they way who is following our Great Earner. Without duplication we will not be success at any cost.
As a sponsor,it is your responsibility to check out on whether duplication happening in your team,and motivate them by sending weekly group email with useful tips and that your team need to do..you will need to keep in touch with your team members,and routinely check their VP Ledger,and genealogy to check out who is logging in daily,and assist them

There are a couple things you could do.
First you need to be sure that you are doing it right, that means if you are acting like sponsor and showing your downline all learned from your upline.

Second thing is measuring results, if you think that your downline has same or better results than you in sign ups and active users than duplication is working.

But if they have problems and hard time that means you need to help your PSA and show them how to work with their downline. That also doesnt mean that you are bad sponsor, but just you need to spare some time and work with your own first generation affiliates.
